Beautifully decorated and coastal theme throughout the home, you will feel your cares disappear at the beach house. Full kitchen with dining area and all the kitchen utensils needed for cooking or just order out from one of the many fine restaurants close by. A few minutes walk to the state park, perfect for families and kids. A romantic setting for couples, or a fishers paradise, you will love staying at the Bay City Beach House!

Great location with waterfront and views of the Bay. Three bedrooms and two baths and large family can accomdate a family. Lots of modernization.

Peaceful Stay

We visited Bay City from KY. This property is right on the water and is very peaceful and relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay and would look forward to coming back in the future.

very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and communication with the host. The neighborhood was beautiful and everyone was so friendly. Only downfall was red flag bacteria warnings on the bay.

Wonderful Getaway!

My family had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has all the comforts of home. The view is amazing! We enjoyed watching the wildlife and walking the trail down to Bay City State Park. Restaurants, groceries and shopping are a short drive away. We also enjoyed touring the U.S.S Edson. Overall, a great little vacation!

Bay City Beach Getaway!!

Awesome beach home in a very nice neighborhood. Beautiful view of the beach from living room and the house is well furnished and well maintained. Great property for a cozy family getaway.

Race Weekend Stay

Beautiful home and property in a safe neighborhood. My family and I felt right at a home away from home while staying in Bay City for my St. Patrick’s Day race. HUGE bonus we could bring our dogs, more listings should offer this. My husband even said shortly after we checked in “when are we coming back to stay this summer?!” Thank you again for offering this wonderful stay.

One night getaway

We had a great stay, my wife and I treated our son , wife and 2 dogs to a 1 night getaway. Property was ver clean and a beautiful location. Enjoyed just relaxing on the deck and going for a walk to the state park just down the road. We will have to come back a stay longet

Michigan Trip

Nice clean place on the bay with great views. Enjoyed everything, only a few things that needs attention. Only had 3 outdoor older plastic chairs and there was 4 of us and wish the fire pit was set up a little better. We didn’t end up using the fire pit but maybe would have if there was some gravel or sand with chairs around it. Not complaining it’s a really nice place and I would definitely go back, just a few tweaks would make it that much better.

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for 7 friends in their 70’s who just wanted to spend time together. The view of the water was beautiful. It was a nice location for walks and close to good restaurants.

I appreciated how well the house was taken care of. Our only concern was that the bugs are everywhere. They left us some stuff to try to help but they are everywhere. Bring bug spray and you will have an incredible time!!

Cozy Cabin

A bright and inviting space that was ideal for our needs. The lock and door mechanism are somewhat challenging initially, but once mastered access became straightforward. We enjoyed our time here.

Relaxing stay

We booked this house on the bay to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and enjoy the trails and state park nearby. We were happy with the house. It isn’t large, but it was comfortable for our small group. The water was too cold to enjoy, but the views were nice. The state park was easily reached by just a short walk along the beach.

Beautiful view and quiet neighborhood

Perfect spot to relax and listen to the lake waves while watching the wildlife. The place was nice and had plenty room and everything we needed to feel like home away from home. Highly recommend.
