Very pretty place they provide pretty much everything from beach chairs,boogie boards, towels, and games to kitchen supplies.

Very clean, basic amenities as well beach towels/chairs were provided and a huge plus. Within walking distance of beach, and close driving distance to the other beaches along 30A. Would highly recommend and will stay at this property again if we come back!

First time to this area. First time not staying directly on the beach. We rented a golf cart and cruised up and down 30A. Condo and Area was great and will be back!

Cozy Family Retreat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of six total and pets enjoyed our stay! Kids loved the pool, my son the gym, pets loved the walking areas, lots of dog bags provided! The cute neighborhood behind was great walking! Proximity to restaurants were great and we Loved the beach access that had restrooms, showers and a life guard. Great location. A little tough taking dogs up and down from the 3rd floor but very doable.(no elevator) Suggest packing light! Great thick towels plenty provided! Every thoughtful thing provided. One of the best places I have stayed before in the area with special details (soap, dryer balls, beach towels, coffee, paper towels, etc) Bedding was very nice and comfortable! Donut hole, Starbucks, Publix and Walmart all about 15 minutes away. Property management was always quick to respond and very kind! We were all so grateful to stay here and blessed someone would open their home to us like this.

Super clean and extremely convenient location

This property was exactly as it advertised. It was incredibly clean and provided my family with everything we needed. They even included things that I haven’t gotten at past VRBO locations: small soaps, travel size body washes, shampoos, & conditioners, travel tooth brush, toothpaste. There were a few laundry pods as well as paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap and a sponge, and dishwashing pods. I’m not sure if these were leftover from the previous users or if they are always provided by this condo. Either way, it was nice for us as we barely spent much time at the condo and I’m happy to not have had to spend money on large amounts of dish liquid and paper towels that we wouldn’t have used! I’m very happy with how well management communicated anytime I had a question. We were given a number to text and within minutes I’d have a response from what seemed like a real person on the other end and not a robot. Checkin was super easy. Just had to text them that we were there. The location was AWESOME! If you’ve stayed on 30A before then you know beach access can be tricky if you aren’t staying directly on the water. This condo is a 5-7 minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast the little feet you have can go). I have an 11 yo, 10 yo& a 5 yo. The walk to & fro was very doable. No golf cart needed (although it always makes it easier). The condo is also within walking distance of a few eateries and a little bit longer of a trek to some shopping. Only downside: no elevator.

The host was very friendly with fast communication! When we arrived the place was spotless with amenities such as beach chairs, laundry detergent and complimentary wine :) would definitely recommend staying here!!

A bottle of wine and bag of snacks was a great touch. The place was clean and plenty of towels etc. highly recommend. Only complaint was when I booked I was never charged and had the whole trip total hit only a few weeks before. Sounds like an error in processing but wanted to make note.
