30A Luxury town Home, pool side newly renovated, Pet Friendly/ 5 min. to beach

Home has been newly renovated for a wonderful enjoyable stay. Park directly in front of the home and walk right in, feel at home, in this large pool front town home on beautiful 30-A. Main floor is open floor plan with large living and dining areas and screen porch overlooking pool, one of 3 pools. Steps to tennis courts, 5 min. walk to the beach, shops and restaurants all within Gulf Place for your enjoyment. One queen size bedroom located on the first floor with private deck. upstairs there is large master suite, king bed, private deck that overlooks pool and renovated master bath. There is also a desk for those who may want to work for a few days. Second bedroom has king bed and private bath as well.

The family room is on the first floor and boast of open floor plan with screen porch that overlooks the large lagoon pool. The sofa in the living area has a very comfortable roll away bed (queen bed) for additional sleeping space. There is another porch on front of home for outdoor enjoyment. Tennis courts are 20 steps from home.

The home is professionally decorated with overstuffed sofas and chairs. There are Flat screen T.V.'s in living area, master suite, and 2nd master bedroom. All T.V's have DVD players as well. Loads of family games and books in living area. The kitchen has been totally renovated and is equipped with all the essentials for those family meals. There are 5 to 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and assortment of beach toys, located on screen porch for your use.

Within the lovely Gulf Place community, you can visit the boutique shops, dine at the restaurants or relax at the Internet Cafe. There are also walking and biking trails, shuffleboard, tennis courts, large open play field for kids, concerts on the green every weekend and three deeded beach accesses. It is a community you never want to leave.

Come relax and never have to move your car. However you may want to visit the largest outlet mall in the USA. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is only six miles west. Baytowne Wharf is five miles away - and Destin is nine miles west. There is so much to do, and we look forward to having you stay with us.

Great location, easy to get to beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring up and down 30A. The only issues I had was that there was no dish towels in the kitchen, a few dirty dishes, and no extra toilet paper.

I am so sorry for no extra towel paper, kitchen towels and the dirty dishes... I have contacted my cleaners to let them know as this is something that should never happen. Glad you had a good time and i will get to the bottom of house not being in pristine condition.

Great visit. No complaints. We had 6 adults and we were quite comfortable. The pool was very close to the back door 2 minute walk to the pool. Once we found the private entrance to the beach - it was an easy walk down the 'hidden' pathway. Some direction around that would have been nice - but not enough to take any stars away. It was great having the shops and restaurants in walking distance. We had a great 2 week visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sherry’s townhouse. It was spacious, well equipped, clean, and overall exactly what our family needed for a vacation rental. The walk to the beach was easy, and made very convenient by the use of the beach wagon. The pool and community amenities were fantastic. Sherry was a great host, and we cannot wait for our stay at her unit again next year.

My family and I enjoyed this property so much! The beds were so comfortable and the home was very clean. The home is beautiful!! We walked every morning to a Cafe that was near by and the area around the property is so lively. The beach access was so close, just in waking distance. Sherry had beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler avaliable for our use when going to the beach. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this location to everyone!!

I loved hosting this lovely family as they experienced Gulf Place and 30-A. There is so much to do with everything within walking distance, no need to move your car. Pool right outside your back door, and tennis and pickleball out the front door. Join us for fun along the Gulf Coast and 30-A

Fantastic rental location, huge pool steps from the back door. Moments away fro Pickle ball courts, dining, shopping and walks on the beach. The townhome was well stocked, clean and spacious. A wonderful last minute getaway spot that didn’t disappoint. Thank you Sherry, we will be back!!!!!

Everything was very clean! Location was great. Amenities were lovely. A couple of tips- The emailed instructions from the owner (for getting into the home) were totally different than the instructions sent via the VRBO app so that was a bit confusing when trying to gain access. We just tried both and the one emailed from the owner worked. A map of where to get the private beach access would have been helpful as it was not searchable on Google. No paper towels or beach towels were provided- not a big deal, just would have been nice to know ahead of time. Overall, it was a great house with plenty of room to spread out for family of 5!

so glad you had a great time. I do apologize for not having paper towels; those should have been provided, and i have addressed it with my cleaning crew.. As for beach towels I have provided those in the past; however, guests kept taking those from the home, so after 45 beach towels in one season, I decided not to leave beach towels. Hope to have you return soon...

Nothing better than stepping out of the home right into the pool, then stepping out the front door and playing tennis or pickleball. it is wonderful to have my repeat guests. I try to Suprise them with something new or updated so they will have a great visit. Gulf place and our home is the perfect place, the home sits right on the lagoon pool and only 5 min. walk to the gulf. Also you park right in front of home and have reserved spaces just for the home. So much to do with restaurants, shops and summer concerts.. Come join us along the coast and experience all 30-A has to offer.

All the comforts of home but close to the beach

This home was perfect for our family of four with two teen girls. Everyone got their own space which is key for a good vacation for us. The place was clean and just felt like home. It was a short walk to the beach that was fairly quiet even for spring break time. We would defineltly stay here again.

The Outlet Mall is only 3 miles and Destin Commons (large shopping center) is only 5 miles away. You can visit Destin Harbor, rent a boat or just enjoy the shopping in Destin. 30-A is known for some of the best restaurants in the area, dining is always a treat as most places have nightly music and entertainment. There is a bike trail that extends the entire 18 miles of 30-A and you will always find bikers and walkers along the trails. 30-A is an experience and we look forward to having you experience the many aspects in our area. You will be delighted with our beach, community and relaxing atmosphere.
