Also conveniently situated a mile from the freeway with easy access to PHX Airport, downtown Phoenix, downtown Tempe, State Farm Stadium, Prescott, Sedona and other popular AZ destinations.

Perfect for families or small groups and those seeking an adventurous or relaxing stay.

Upon entrance you'll discover a spacious living room along with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area.

Walk down a few stairs to find the large primary bedroom and freshly remodeled bathroom or up a few stairs to find two sizable guest rooms and a second bathroom.

Each bedroom includes a king or queen size bed with USB charging ports. The primary bedroom also includes a work desk, dresser, smart TV and its own walk-in closet and bathroom. A sleeper sofa and a futon on the main level provide additional sleeping space for guests. Pack ’n play (travel crib) available upon request.

The property also features a newly redesigned backyard with a private pool, BBQ grill, dining table, fire table, outdoor TV and putting green!

Up to 2 cats or dogs are allowed for an additional $50 per pet.

Planning to visit during the winter months? No problem (and we don't blame you). The pool can be heated to a temperature of your choice for an additional $50 per day.

This is a private property with free on-site parking.

2 night stay in January

Really liked this place. Very quiet at night. Parked car right in driveway. Can walk to grocery. Good shower. Just a short stay so didn't use the yard/pool much.

Family Winter Vacation

We were in Scottsdale for a couple of days at the end of our winter family vacation trip to Arizona and were looking for a place that offered heated outdoor pool. John’s house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the house and the pool. The neighborhood was nice and we had easy access to the highways to get around town. John had a small welcome basket of snacks waiting for us which we all appreciated.

Excellent! We will be back!

From start to finish, the communication was fantastic with John, who is the owner. The house pictures were exactly how it was in person. The house is meticulously maintained and offers many amenities! From the oversized umbrella in the backyard to the beautiful pool and for the golf enthusiasts, a nice putting green. All bedrooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of smart tv’s to utilize. We were able to get all of our laundry done prior to leaving with their full laundry room set up. House is in a safe and beautiful area, close to everything. We will be back for sure!

Great property, tremendous location literally 5 - 7 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. John was an excellent host who answered all my questions and was easy to reach. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Phoenix / Scottsdale area.

Great family getaway spot!

We had an amazing stay here ! The location is central to so many of the things that we wanted to do for our trip and the pool setup in the backyard is perfect for the hot afternoons. Would definitely stay here again when in Scottsdale

AMAZING HOUSE JUST PERFECT

It takes a lot to impress me, and this house did just that and then some ! It’s clean and open and private, Perfect for a family/birthday getaway. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. John is an amazing host and took care of my family and I. I’ll miss Scottsdale and I’ll be back soon along with staying here at this wonderful house !

Warm welcome

My wife and I arrived to our stay at the luxury vacation home with pool Friday evening had about 9:00 p.m.. it was still 110° outside. We decided to spend the weekend in Scottsdale to participate in the Salt River tube float. The home was clean and welcoming. The owner left a basket of some snacks that we took advantage of and took to our float on Saturday. The home was nicely air conditioned and it pulled down quickly whenever we needed a little extra cool air. The pulling back was warm too hot but still it was nice to cool down compared to the 100 plus temperatures. The kitchen was soft with vanessaary cooking utensils plates cups Etc or virtually everything you would need to prepare meals. There are even spices in the cabinet. We ended our visit on Sunday and did some light cleaning and it almost looked like we were never there. Put some items in the dishwasher and in the washing machine for the owner and lock the door. If we were to stay in this area again we would highly consider this rental.

Perfect getaway!

Great Vrbo! My family and I enjoyed our stay at this old town Scottsdale house. Bedrooms were as described. Only master bedroom has a tv which I didn’t realize but no big deal. Bathrooms are not on main floor which was only an issue if you are in the pool and then need to use the restroom. Pool was fantastic although a bit dirty with tree debris but also didn’t stop us from using pool!! Couch and chair inside were a bit uncomfortable but again not a major issue. Spent a lot of time outside. Only unfortunate part was all the electrical wires blocking any kind of view but again not a big deal. Master shower was heavenly!! I thought there was a whirlpool but there was not one but it was too hot to matter this trip.

Everything you need close to everywhere you want to go!

We enjoyed a week long stay here and were quite pleased with the whole house and outdoor set up. The decor was beautiful and towels/bedding good quality. Make sure you do a walkthrough first before you shop as many items have been passed forward or provided by the hosts. We left floaties in the side shed and noticed others had as well. All paper products were pleasantly provided. I didn’t expect to see so many birds! I learned something new that Phoenix has wild lovebirds. A pair visited every morning. Perfect for morning coffee. Thank you John!

Perfect rental

The house was very clean and the host John was very responsive and easy to work with. It is in a great location near restaurants, stores and a great park. The neighborhood was nice and very walkable with our dog. I would highly recommend this rental.

Home away from home

John was a pleasure to work with! We had a small problem with keyless entry. I am sure John will have it repaired before the end of the day. Neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for us older travelers. House, landscaping were spotless/perfect. We brought our dog and the back yard was perfect for him to play. If John will have us we will be back!
