Surrounded by natural beauty and 4-season recreation, this Rutland home is the ideal Vermont getaway for outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you’re seeking thrilling days on the slopes at Killington Resort, stunning hikes with waterfalls, or a leisurely stroll through downtown, this updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental is ideally situated for any itinerary! After a day of adventure, unwind with the family and cozy up around the fireplace or enjoy your favorite show on any of the 5 Smart TVs. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Great house, location, value

House was better than expected. Sparkling clean, well stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds. We have already booked another stay!

This property is spacious and perfect for our group of 8! The home was inviting and had a well appointed kitchen. Our group enjoyed the Hot tub! It was a perfect touch after a day of skiing. The location was close to groceries, gas and restaurants. Thank you Jeremy for sharing your beautiful house with us! Would recommend without hesitation!

Great place to stay for skiing at Pico, Killington or Okemo

Here are the things we love: 3 full baths that are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and good quality towels. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we need to cook and serve. Dining room can seat 8 people comfortably- I can never understand how some places have beds for 8 but a dining room that can’t accommodate 8. The entire place was clean. The beds were so comfortable to sleep in. The hot tub was heated and ready to use. The owner was also so nice - giving us recommendations of nearby places. The house is convenient to everything. Big bonus that we could use the EV charger so we were able to drive our new equinox EV - that is our longest trip…very cool!

For increased comfort, the property has recently been renovated with modern amenities (smart home technologies, modern kitchen, new furniture).

For a relaxing space for guests to unwind after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring, we have completely renovated the backyard by installing a privacy fence, grill, patio, fire pit, and hot tub in 2024.

We are family and pet friendly with our fence in backyard. For the children we have crib, playpen, toddler mattresses, child utensils and plates, cups, and bowls. For the dogs we have pet bed, leashes, and bowls.
