Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Conveniently located on a large lot and blocks from main street. Close proximity to the grocery store, bar and grill, and the Ortonville boat ramp. This home offers 1 bedroom downstairs with a twin over full bunk bed and the loft upstairs offers comfortable sleeping with 2 twin beds. There is off the street parking and an outdoor outlet to charge your boat.

Nice clean property. Met our needs for three for the weekend. The downstairs matress is queen size but not thick. OK but not the most comfortable to sleep on.

Great little house

Perfect little house for a weekend fishing trip. No issues with anything. Everything was clean, as pictured. Host promptly answered questions. Good location close to downtown.

Fishing trip

We booked this for a last minute fishing trip to Big Stone, absolutely amazing! Even had good parking set up for a boat! Super clean and quiet neighborhood! 10/10 highly recommended!

Sportsman Cabin

My boys and I were up here for a fishing trip. It was perfect for our needs and was in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was great.

Great spot for a trip to Big Stone

A trip for two, and this little house was great! Nice little neighborhood, close to multiple landings and we were impressed with how clean it was. Nice carpet, good kitchen and bathroom, apartment-sized washer and dryer. All modernized. We didnt use the upstairs bedroom, but poked our heads up there. Again, nice carpet, clean and tidy room.The only slight drawback was tight space for parking a truck and trailer, but we made it work. Would absolutely stay again.

A quiet and peaceful stay

While enjoying the amazing wilderness experience that Ortonville and Big Stone Lake had to offer was perfect with the house we stayed in. It felt cozy and like home which was perfect.

Met our needs

We needed a place that provided a recliner for my husband to sleep in and a separate bedroom. This place met our needs. There were no instructions or house rules anywhere in the house so we only did what was required at other homes we stayed at over the years.

cleanliness is an issue!

This is a sweet home, nicely accommodating, but they need a new housekeeper! It has major cleaning issues!!
