This property is clean, beautiful and in the hearty of all kinds of entertainment. The view was gorgeous, rooms were spotless, mattresses were comfortable, and the stay was very pleasant. I reached out to the representative of the renting party with a question and she was very fast with her response. I would strongly recommend the stay in this property. I give 5 star to this place for everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Highlands and we have already said that we want this to be our “go to” when we visit the area. You have the beautiful view of the mountains, peaceful location, and convenient location all in one. We loved the design of our condo. Modern yet hints of wood and stone to match the setting. Top notch!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! It absolutely makes our day to hear that you’ve found your “go to” spot in the Highlands. We couldn’t agree more—the combination of peaceful mountain views, a convenient location, and a setting that truly reflects the beauty of the Smokies is something special. We’re so glad you loved the design of the condo too—we aimed for that perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, and it’s great to hear it hit the mark. Can’t wait to welcome you back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time, location is great and view is breathtaking. Place was very clean and wonderful, the toilets felt little wobbly though lol but they worked so no worries there. Other than that all amazing! Little scary the drive up to the place with steep windy roads but the view made it worth it. Highly recommend!

If I could rate this property with more stars then I would. The view from the condo is breathtaking. The property is meticulously kept. The onsite staff were so kind. Typically I find that pictures of the properties are maybe a little better than the actual property. This is not the case here. We were blown away when we got there! The beds are very comfortable, large ceiling fans in living and bedrooms, higher end furnishings. The pool area and the balcony are picturesque!

Bear Crazy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best view of the mountains. Beautiful condos. Would have been nice if they had warned us that the bypass to get there was closed from 7 PM TO 7 AM. This makes trip to any other location a challenge. The bear situation was unnerving but staff did there best to run them off property.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 15 jul. 2025
Thank you so much for your kind words about the mountain views and our condos — we're so glad you enjoyed them! We did want to clarify that the road closure information was included in the same email we sent with your door code and WiFi details. As for the bear activity, we completely understand how that can feel unnerving. Wildlife is part of the mountain experience, and our team is always on alert to help keep guests safe while encouraging the bears to move on. We hope to welcome you back again soon.

We had an amazing stay here—hands down one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever experienced, and that’s not an exaggeration. The unit looked exactly like the photos, which was a huge plus for my family since cleanliness is a top priority for us.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. It had everything from Rachael Ray cookware, cutting boards, and utensils to wine glasses, a corkscrew, and even a handheld mixer if you want to bake. There’s a Keurig (K-cups) and a full coffee pot, plus a fridge with a water dispenser and ice maker. The unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer, TVs in every bedroom and the living room, and a comfortable sectional. The pullout bed is firm, which actually worked well for us. The ceiling fans were so effective we didn’t even need the AC, even in warmer temps. The free attraction tickets were easy to use and a great bonus.Just a quick heads up: they provide starter supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher powder, laundry powder, etc.), but if you have a larger group or longer stay, you may want to grab extras.Overall, this place was phenomenal. I would absolutely stay here again every time I visit Gatlinburg.
