Unit 410 at The Highlands of the Smokies is a brand-new luxury Smoky Mountainn Vacation Condo. This **top floor owner managed unit** provides picturesque views of The Smokies, including Mount Le Conte & downtown Gatlinburg. The gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 8 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom luxury condo, boasts spectacular views of the Smokies visible through its floor to ceiling wall of windows. The condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a stone gas fireplace, a dining table providing seating for 6 plus 4 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. Featuring a large granite countertop, modern lighting, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. It is the perfect space for creating a culinary experience for you and your family/friends to enjoy.

A single-level vacation rental boasting three king bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a custom tile shower. Two of the bathrooms contain double vanities and the master includes a soaking tub.

We had a great time during our stay and the property was a perfect fit for our family. Very clean, easy to access and no issues during our stay. The property's location allows for quick drives to the national park for hiking/picnics, downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge/Dollywood. My kids are already asking when we can go back!

This was a very excellent property we really enjoyed the views and the excellent set up of the rooms and location to all the activities. The owner was available if needed and was very friendly and understanding. Thanks for a great experience. Would recommend to stay at this property.

What an absolutely amazing find. Looks brand new and is spotless. Such a quiet complex. Kitchen has everything a person could want. Bathrooms are amazing. Really enjoyed sitting out by the fire pits at night too. You can see Gatlinburg to the bottom of the Space Needle. So relaxing to see the mountains when you first wake up and look out your bedroom window. I will without a doubt be back.

OMG! This rental was worth every penny! Beautiful view from the picturesque windows was amazing early morning and at sunset. The decor was so inviting, stepping in we felt very relaxed and actually on vacation.. We had plenty of room for everyone and the individual suites were great. I'd love to know what brand mattresses they have on their beds because I never sleep well when out of town and the very 1st night I slept so good. My back did not ache when I got up it was wonderful. The pool area is beautiful and all the people we encountered on property were very personable and friendly. So def. book #410 you will be so glad that you did!

We would definitely book this place again!! Traveled with spouse and two kids. Everybody loved having their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was great! The views were amazing and everyone enjoyed the pool. We saw a bear on two nights that we could watch from our balcony. Brad was very responsive. Hoping to be back in the future!

Super Nice, Great Location, Spectacular View

The property felt very upscale, nicely decorated, well thought out. The location is great too…close drive to downtown and to the park. Pool was nice and heated and the hot tub was big. The view was amazing! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

The place was gorgeous! The kids didn't want to leave to visit Gatlinburg. They were content staying in the condo and swimming in the pool! It was very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely go back.

Smoky mountains getaway

Exceeded our expectations. The view was breathtaking. The accommodations were spotless. All information in the welcome packet was very well explained and easy to follow. Everyone had a great time and felt at home.
Riding the cable car in Anakeesta you could see our building. Amazing.

Clean and comfortable stay at The Highlands

We loved the views of the mountains out the back windows. Very clean and updated space for our family. Tons of space for us to spread out and relax. The outside amenities were a great addition - we swam, grilled and relaxed in the hot tub.
