Loved the open floor plan and high ceilings. We were a party of 12 and we never felt crowded. The pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach but more so when it was fully shaded and the privacy fence was great. The walk to the beach access was very close and convenient. The middle floor balcony was very nice in the early morning to drink coffee. Very easy checkout. Overall a great experience.

Spacious and comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice home in an excellent location. In walking distance to Schooners. The property management response time was immediate with the one concern that we had. The only concerns we had was what looks to be a Murphy bed in the pictures wasn’t there and reception on the tv in an upstairs bedroom wasn’t good. Neither of which interfered with our vacation and we didn’t ask the property management to address it. We were VERY happy with this home

PCB beach house review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I had a great experience with the rental property. Only reason gave it 4 stars under "general condition" was because the door to the 3rd floor balcony was very difficult to open. It doesn't always unlock properly. Also, the back bedroom (the one leading to the pool) was warmer than the rest of the house. The A/C always read the ambient temperature higher than the settings temperature

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're so glad to hear that you had a great overall experience. We appreciate you bringing the balcony door and temperature concerns to our attention. We'll be sure to pass this information along to our maintenance team so these issues can be inspected and addressed. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management company was very informative. They laid out all the things we would need to provide for our stay. The location of the property has amazing access to the beach. Not far from anything that you want to go enjoy there. This was my first time in PCB and was very pleased with this location and property. I only gave a 3 star on the cleanliness because while it was pretty clean there were several spots behind things that have not been touched for a while. But all in all a great stay. Thanks.

Seven days at the beach with no dryer

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No grab bars in the showers. Broken coffee carafe. Blue Swell lied, said new dryer was going to be delivered on Wednesday. Worker showed up, found problem, said he'd be back and never showed up again. Kitchen table is sticky even after I washed it.

We understand how frustrating it is when maintenance promises aren’t fulfilled, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll be following up immediately to ensure these repairs are completed and that the kitchen table is properly cleaned or replaced. Great location, beautiful views

The beach house was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach as well as close to most restaurants. Has the perfect view of the beach from the upstairs balcony. The 2nd sorry has another balcony that is very shaded and nice. Very easy check in and check out process. Loved that we didn’t have to do so much upon checkout Like most other rentals. It was very peaceful. The house was very spacious. It fit 11 of us very comfortably. The pool was great, we left quite a few pool floats for future guests. The vines/landscape needs to be cut back if it fits 2 cars. It’s beautiful but It was hard to get in and out of 2 vehicles without some people being in the bushes. The flooring needs to be replaced in some areas as it was coming up or soft but not a real issue during our stay. Overall great vacation and would def stay here again.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review of your stay! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the location, stunning beach views, and spaciousness of the house. It’s great to know that the check-in and check-out process was seamless and that your group found the home comfortable and peaceful. We also appreciate your feedback about the landscaping and flooring. We’ll pass along the suggestion to trim back the vines to make parking more convenient, and we’ll look into addressing the flooring to ensure it’s in top condition for future guests. Thank you for leaving the pool floats for others to enjoy—that’s such a kind and thoughtful gesture! We’re so happy you had a great vacation and look forward to hosting you again in the future.
