A GRAND VACATION

Great house and close to the beach. Views were spectacular. Communication was great. Two suggestions that I have would be to allow guests to use the elevator, even if it was for an extra fee. It was a lot to get my mother-in-law up and down the stairs. The other suggestion would be to add an Keurig to the kitchen. Our stay was great and would stay here in the future!

Beautiful home, very clean and up to date! We had 10 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. Short walk to the beach and the private pool was perfect!

Excellent Stay for mother/daughter trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean when we arrived and there was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Beautiful view from the deck. It was just a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the private pool as well. Any questions we had were responded to very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful family space upstairs. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Location was perfect for our trip, walking distance to the ocean. All the steps were a bit tiring but would rent again!

We absolutely loved the house! Excellent communication with Blue Swell! Several things had to be taken care of. The nice microwave above the stove popped the breaker to it and the fridge. We called and they let us know where the breakers were. Could not use that microwave again. They had a small spare one on the counter. The oven would not heat up and they came and replaced a breaker, but we could not get it to work properly. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in the bunk room did not work and could not be fixed during the time that we were there. They attempted to fix it 3 times.. we replaced batteries on the pool alarms and remotes… the lounge chairs for the pool in the pics are not there. so many positives.. the view from the decks!!!! Huge kitchen and dining area! Fully stocked kitchen..The pool was so fun! The house is super clean. The walk to the beach was nice and easy.. the home is so big and can easily accommodate a large family!

Awesome Experience

We had a great experience with our stay! The house was clean and nice, the host was kind and responded quickly to questions. Our kids loved the pool and it was a nice short walk to the beach! Our family loves Panama City Beach!

The home was beautiful! We had everything available that we needed while staying. Pool was clean. We enjoyed both balcony's as they each had a wonderful view of the ocean. The only drawback was no access to the elevator! The kitchen is on the 3rd floor and would have been wonderful to have access to bring in groceries.

Memorial Day Vacay

House was beautiful with plenty of room to host a large group with easy access to beach. Only thing I would suggest is clarifying the description to note living room and kitchen is located on the top floor for others that may be elderly/handicap.

Close to the beach!!!

Awesome location and beautiful home. We had the best time! So easy to walk to the beach and we loved the quick drive to Pier Park in one direction and beautiful Rosemary Beach and 30A in the other direction. The only thing to be aware of…it’s 3 stories with bedrooms and bathrooms on the first two levels and kitchen and living on the top level which makes for a beautiful view. It wasn’t an issue at all for us with teens and young adult children, but with young children or anyone who struggles to navigate stairs, it might be a deal breaker. Overall highly recommend!

Great location

Easy to check in and communication with management was good. Lots of steps that we weren't prepared for with aging parents. Beautiful view from balcony and only a short walk to the beach. Well stocked kitchen. The only negative was that the pool was very cold and needed to be cleaned.

3-Story House near PCB beaches

The face every bedroom has a bathroom is very nice. The pool was nice to have, but needs to be cleaned and would be nice for access to pool other than thru a bedroom. The short walk to the beach wasn't that bad, but a golf cart would be nice addition.
