Watch the big game on an 85 inch big screen TV in the breezeway or enjoy a good movie with the family on a 86 inch TV in the spacious living room. Plus every bedroom has its own TV . Great WiFi and bandwidth throughout the house!

We love the quite and peaceful private gated community and the easy access to the beautiful sandy beach for long walks looking for arrowheads and petrified wood. We also enjoy coffee on the patio watching the incredible sunrise every morning!
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Easy access to the sandy beach, and just a few minutes to the Hanks Creek boat ramp, deer everywhere in the quite and peaceful and private gated community of Cypress Point. The garage has automatic doors on each end and when both are open creates an incredible breezeway with a relaxing sitting area and 86 inch big screen TV and all overlooking a beautiful view of the lake! We have also recently included a large dining table in this areas and a grill! Between the house and the water is a beautiful carpet like Zosia grass lawn with big water view of the lake !
