The house was very clean and homey. We loved the all the wood in the cabin!! The Kitchen was well stocked and beautiful! Actually the whole was beautiful and comfortable!! Very well maintained! We would of liked the driveway to be a little wider, especially if you are pulling a trailer. It was tricky getting in and out. But we did!!

Wonderful! This home is so comfortable and is in a great location. It has everything you need for the perfect vacation. I felt like I slept on a cloud. The hosts are awesome.

This was our second stay at this property, and it definitely won't be our last. We enjoyed it so much last summer that we made a point of coming back this year.The property is private, beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, enjoy a fire on a cool evening, or simply relax on the deck—which is exactly how we spent many of our evenings.The location is ideal, just a short drive from Sinks Canyon and Wild Iris. After long days of rock climbing, it was the perfect place to come home, put our feet up, and take in the quiet surroundings and beautiful views.The home was spotless, well stocked, and everything was in excellent working order. Our kids and our dog loved it just as much as we did.We can't recommend this place highly enough and are already looking forward to coming back again.

Perfect time away from home.

This experience was made extremely personable by our hosts. No stone was left unturned and our 2-week visit was excellent. Will be back regularly. All praise for Sarah and Matt

Wonderful stay

We stay for 4 nights visiting our daughter over Easter. The house is very homey and clean with all the extra good quality amenities to cook meals. I loved the Nourshing traditions poster on the kitchen door! The home has wonderful views and the hosts were excellent in communicating with me. We would definitely consider returning

Great place with excellent communication

Came to hike with my dog. The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and quiet. Communication from hosts was excellent. Highly Recommend.

Our Vacation Home On the Range

We came to town to go rock climbing. We usually camp on these type of trips but stayed long enough to want more home comforts. This place delivered! We loved that it felt cozy and close to town but also far enough out to feel like we were on vacation. Our farm animal neighbors and views of the mountains made our evenings and rest days very relaxing. We'll be back!

This retreat house is beautiful. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel while in Lander for a wedding. Beautiful views. Real Wyoming countryside. The house is well equipped and has everything. The backyard is fenced and would be great for a dog. I might have to go back again in the winter so that we can try the fireplace. Highly recommended!

The Lander Retreat exceeded our expectations for our week-long stay. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious, with personal touches to make it feel like home. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The location allowed for quick trips to town while being quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces for relaxing and watching the weather and nearby horses. The hosts were friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed meeting Matt one day. We would definitely stay at Lander Retreat again!

Great stay in Lander

My husband and pups stayed at this property for three nights in August while hiking the Wind Rivers. The house is very comfortable and quiet. A few miles out of town and the stars were incredible. There are two AC units and they worked great. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

What a great property felt like a canon, close to town, dog friendly with fended yard, great view of fireworks from the deck only downfall is there is only one bathroom

Lovely property with breathtaking views! Just far enough out of town (1 minute) to feel like you're in the county but close enough that everything you need is only minutes away. The hosts were super accommodating and gracious. The house was very clean and the views were amazing. Highly recommended!
