Home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown - restaurants, bike shop, rock climbing gym, etc. Open floorplan with bright, natural light. Large wrap around deck with string lights and fire pit. Newly furnished with 80" TV, fast WiFi and Washer/Dryer. Private alley way access to carport and fenced yard for kids to safely play in. Close to fishing, running and biking access. This home is an inviting space that is great for cooking, having dinner together as well as reading and watching TV by the large bay window. The yard is great for enjoying the evenings on the deck under the string lights or relaxing by the fire pit.

Perfect little place in a quit neighborhood. Lots of room for parking for big trucks. House was well stocked with everything I needed. Host was great to work with. Contacted me to make sure everything meet expectations and if I needed anything.

Very clean inside and you can tell the family is continually improving the listing. Lots of gathering space, easy and responsive communication with host. Walkable to downtown, quiet neighborhood. There are a few improvements that can be made to the outside areas and the quality of supplies within the home, but it wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again. We were here for a mountain-bike weekend, and Lander was perfect.

Place was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were able to cook and enjoy the deck. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy walk into downtown Lander.

The house was clean, and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the deck, especially in the early morning to see the beautiful Wyoming sky. Kitchen had plenty pots and pans and utensils for us to cook meals. The host had generous amount of coffee, and other necessary items. He was also great with communication. This was a wonderful place for our family,

We came for a family reunion/celebration of life and needed a place nearby to stay. It was clean, updated, and a quiet neighborhood. Communication was quick and helpful when needed. Thank you for an easy, relaxing stay!

I was impressed by how nice this old house was. However, was pretty disappointed that the listed "air-conditioning" was a small rolling unit that did very little to cut through the heat and humidity.

Hi there, we apologize for the heat - it’s been an unusually hot summer. Since it’s usually in the 50’s at night, we will usually open the windows at night and close the curtains in the bay window during the day and it keeps the house in the low 70’s during the mid-day. Nevertheless It sounds like the a/c wasn’t able to keep it cool during the heat wave and we always will do whatever is needed to accommodate guests or make it right. I really apologize we weren’t aware so if there is anything we can do to make it right please let me know.

Completely disappointed and unsatisfied with this accommodation. Upon arrival it became clear that it was in an unsafe part of town, and immediately after arriving I checked to make sure that all of the windows and doors lock. This is A BASIC SAFETY FEATURE ALL ACCOMMODATIONS SHOULD HAVE. Two of the windows did not lock. I took a video of each and sent them to the host, requesting a refund as it was not safe for me personally or for my belongings to stay at this house. The host refused and has not issued a refund, even though the property was not fit for a guest to safely stay and I left within 10 minutes of arriving. I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here. Not worth the safety risk!

Hi Allison, we were sorry to hear that you were dissapointed. Although we find that our home in Lander is quiet and peaceful, as many other guests have, we understand everyone has a different perspective. Nevertheless, we take safety very seriously. As I mentioned, the contractor arrived at the house about an hour after we were notified to confirm all windows lock and cannot be opened from outside the home, and he relocked the two for you that you had unlocked. I understand you still wanted a refund and we were happy to offer for you to cancel so we could help you with a refund. We are truly sorry that you felt this way and we do our best to quickly respond to any needs our guests have including items needed for their stay, help with the home and even refunds if they are not completely satisfied. If there is anything else we could do please don‘t hesitate to let us know.

Super convenient location in Lander, Wyoming

Great communication with property owner before and after stay. Comfortable house on a quiet street. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy checkin and checkout. Comfortable bed, fire pit, outdoor lighting, big porch, shaded yard.

Pleasant stay in Lander

The house is clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Outside around the house needs some love. But, overall it was a pleasant place to stay and an easy walk to downtown. Plus Andrew is a great communicator.

Thank you for your recommendations to add gravel and for pointing out the weeds to be pulled. We had yard maintenance take care of those yesterday. We are happy to hear the home was clean and comfortable and everything else was good for your stay.

I think it was actually undersold. It had everything that we needed. Very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Andrew was very responsive and helpful. Great location for getting into the mountains and Lander is a great little town with everything you need for getting outdoors.
