Everything was great and as stated in the description. Communication was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood. Will be looking to stay here again when we return to the area.

Comfortable stay, central location

Loved the amount of lounge spaces, the responsiveness of the host, and how close this was to several landmarks. Host was accommodating for additional requests, house had all the necessary items for a large group to stay comfortably. Would stay again!

Birthday Trip

Kevin was an excellent host! The house was beautiful, clean and everything was easily accessible. It was great being so close to DC. We had a wonderful time celebrating my sister’s birthday and we happily book again in the future!

great value

We were able to stay here and access DC on Memorial Day weekend easily and safely. The beds were comfortable, and the house had everything that we needed. Driving to the East Falls Church Station and taking the metro into DC was very convenient.

Great stay

My friends and I rented this house for a bacherolette party and it was the perfect selection. Beautiful home with the most coziest beds I’ve ever slept in during a vacation stay. I’m from Georgia, and my host catered to my early check in request. Definitely 10/10 experience !

Perfect house

We had a birthday party for my son who is in the old guard with several of his friends This house was perfect for entertaining!!… The house was very clean and kitchen was very well stocked!.. The neighborhood was nice and the backyard is beautiful with a creek outback

Sweet 16

The home had all the basic needs that you would need. It was clean and beautifully renovated. One of the guests fell in love with the sectional. Thought it was very comfortable. Home was convenient to many attractions.

Family wedding event

In town from Indiana to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Needed a house big enough for family. We had a lively game of Uno in the dining room with about 12 people. Kids enjoyed the basement pool table, the toys in the toy closet, and used the pack and play for the baby.

Everything was super easy and efficient! Didn't have 1 issue!!

This was my first time ever traveling to Washington DC and this was 8 miles away! Only the parking here was amazing! Got right in ! I highly recommend!!!@We didn't have any issues or concerns at all!!!

Arlington Gathering

Our family gathered from 3 states for a brief 2 day stay for a family event. The home was spacious with many areas to spread out too. The back of the house looked to woods and a creek and had a little trail which the littles and parents loved exploring. Loved the neighborhood, On a Cul de sac and lovely. Well stocked with all we needed and the host was very responsive to all questions. A ten min drive to East Falls Church metro which has parking. Very convenient to exploring DC. Would stay again!
