Location was wonderful. We were able to go to all parts of the DMV. We fit a family of 9 comfortably. Host provided great service and for back to us right away.

Clean and Welcoming stay near DC!

Maggie did a great job in hosting me and my guests for a weekend. The house was clean, spacious, and very comforting! We will surely use Maggie’s beautiful home again next time!

Beautiful home; very clean; five star stay; all positive experience. Everything about the house is top quality. Very easy drive to the Washington D.C. monuments. Very peaceful gorgeous neighborhood. Host very quick to respond to any need or question.

Christmas Holiday

The stay was great, my family and I enjoyed seeing each other open gifts together for the the holiday. They house was clean and the host was great. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Wonderful Home in Central Location

We came to the area to hit some historical sites. We were traveling with my parents and my 4 kids. The layout of the home was perfect for our big group. We were thankful to be centrally located to hit all that we wanted to hit. As a runner, I was happy to have a safe neighborhood to run in where I could stay off major roads. We had a great time!

Great location for team building

Great location between IAD and downtown. House was clean and well cared for. Walkable to some restaurants. Uber to many things. Only suggestion would be some more group games.

Great house. Great location.

We were eight friends on a road trip staying at this house for five nights. It's a great house for gatherings of family or friends. It is light and bright and well supplied. There is lots of gathering space, and lots of sleeping space. Maggie is a wonderful and responsive host. The house is also very well situated and accessible to so many attractions and to Metro.

Take your shoes off at door

Owner seems a little OCD and controlling. Owner wants 5 stars but several of the amenities don’t quit make 5 stars.

It’s so hard to give this house 4-stars because the actual house is wonderful. Spacious, well decorated, comfortable beds, lovely neighborhood, plenty of hot water and a working HVAC (which is important on the east coast in Aug!). And Maggie was so nice and responsive whenever we needed her. But unfortunately we had to knock a star off because of missing furniture in the backyard. When we booked there was a photo of a beautiful outdoor sitting area but on arrival the backyard was empty. For many people this probably wouldn’t be a big deal, but unfortunately my wife’s favorite thing to do on vacation is wake up early before our kids and read outside while drinking her coffee. And her options were to drag house furniture outside (which we didn’t do) or to just read inside (which is what she did). So A for the house and we would definitely rent from her again, but if the backyard experience is important to you, you may want to check in that it’s been replaced.
