Completely remodeled in 2022, this 1940's bungalow boasts modern comforts with a unique and colorful style. Centrally located in Houston, just a few minutes from U of H, the Med Center, the East End, downtown, and many other destinations! This home features 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds and en-suite baths. Fully stocked kitchen & laundry. Free on-site parking. Backyard and driveway are shared with studio guesthouse.

We are here for you during your stay! With that said, we maintain office hours, and are typically not available between 9pm and 7am for things that are not emergencies. We will get back to you as soon as possible if you reach out during those hours.

This is a small, residential neighborhood that is gentrifying. We have original homes from the 1940s, remodels, and new construction nearby. Walking distance to the UH Technology Bridge campus, local playground and park, and the hike/bike bayou trails.

Before arrival, guests will be asked to complete guest verification through 3rd party provider, Truvi. This ensures we are up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and provides both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact the main guest via email and/or text to complete verification.

Guests are given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. This is required prior to check-in.

We provide a starter set of consumable items for our guests; we do not restock these items during a guest’s stay.
