Enjoy modern luxury amenities and décor while experiencing nature in this charming, 4 bedroom, 2 bath cabin that comfortably sleeps 8-10 (max 12).

Timber Ridge-This cabin is located in the heart of Hochatown, Oklahoma, just minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and tons of fun activities and restaurants for the family to enjoy!

Full Access

Happy Trails offers fiber optic internet, a fully stocked kitchen, high thread count sheets, black-out curtains, luxury towels, sound machines, luggage racks and plenty of wall hooks to make yourself at home.

Be adventurous and make the most of our prime location with immediate access to the Ouachita National Forest with locals-only hiking trails, or take a short drive down the street to the main attractions of Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown.

After you’ve spent the day exploring, sit back and relax as you play board games and enjoy the spacious porch with several outside eating and conversation areas. Cook-out on the grill, immerse yourself in the hot tub, or play foosball. Finish up your night gathered around the fire pit as you gaze at the plentiful stars.

The next morning, savor your coffee on the porch in a rocking chair while reading a book as you’re surrounded by the sounds of nature.

This hidden gem offers the perfect retreat for families and outdoor enthusiasts, thanks to its wonderful amenities and ideal location.

Some negatives and positives

Positives: Clean, nice beds, an extra bed in the master was nice, games, nice home. Negatives: hot tub was on side porch and not in back so there was a lack of privacy, hot tub had a motion sensored light that kept turning off every few minutes(very annoying) the roads in/out were very rough.

Family Christmas

The property was smaller than anticipated, but was cozy. The house was pretty clean, and had everything we needed for a stress free week. The blankets could use a washing, but everything else was fresh. We had a great time and felt very comfortable. The host were awesome and communication was great. We had an issue with one of the bathtub drains and the host immediately resolved the issue with little intrusion to our privacy.

Hochatown weekend

The cabin was clean and as advertised, simple layout but plenty of space for our group! The hot tub was a hit, the firepit was cozy, and for the space the cost was great! We would def come back!

Girls Trip

Nice property. The maintenance came immediately when we didn’t have hot water and had it back going quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Cute cabin in great location for our first stay in Broken Bow!

This cabin was spacious and in a great location. We especially chose this cabin as there were very few that are cat friendly and that could accommodate my family of 5. This cabin was more than enough! Has a stocked kitchen, board games, outdoorgames, bbq pit, fire pit and spa. Has decking all along front and side of house with ample amount of rocking chairs and tables for out door eating. Joe was prompt and kind to handle the minor maintenance needs such as changing a couple of light bulbs and adjusting the water temperature and trying to troubleshoot the vent fan above stove. A couple of things that could be improved are replacing the pillows in the master room. I had to double up. The ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator are not hooked up so you will have to bring your own ice & bottled water if you want some. Also the east side of the deck needed to be cleaned off as well as stairs off of back porch. The back side of house could have been cleared of the leaves & park bench outside the back door has rotted wood. In all these things were minor and didn’t hinder my stay. I look forward to visiting Broken Bow again and would definitely book again at this cabin. My family loved it!
