It’s a cute little bungalow in a nice area of Murray Hill. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The home was clean and spacious for our family of three adults and a dachshund. Andrew and Melody are great hosts. We encountered two small problems during our stay. On both occasions, Andrew replied within 15 minutes of notifying him and made the necessary arrangements for repairs to be made in a very timely manner. We definitely recommend staying at this property and would consider booking again on future trips.

Andrew and Melanie are great hosts! The house is very nice especially the new kitchen and bath. This is our second time staying here and we will be back.

Quiet comfort

Quaint, quiet location for reseting one’s battery. The zen area in the backyard is great for morning Joe. Access to the property from the interstate was great.

EXTENDED STAY BOOKERS LOOK ELSEWHERE.I’ll preface this with saying that we had an extended stay at this rental because our new home was being built. We also came with two dogs and a 1 year old, which I did discuss with the host/hostess prior to booking. To start, upon check in I never received a code to enter the home. I had to call the customer support line for the rental (because the host/hostess is actually a massive property management company). The first couple of codes provided did not work and the person had to keep hanging up to call the property agent and call me back (rather than the agent just calling me). She finally gets me a code that works on the lock box at the back door and I’m able to get to a key to get inside. Cool. After getting settled in the first night we notice a few major issues. 1. The fence for the back yard is broken. Like completely off the hinge. So the “fenced in” backyard I spoke with the hostess about prior to booking isn’t usable because the gate is completely off the hinge. 2. There’s a neighbor dog that just runs rampant without a collar making it extremely difficult for us to get our dogs to the backyard.

Once the issue with the fence was brought to our attention, our maintenance team was dispatched and the repair was completed as quickly as possible. Regarding the neighboring dog, while this was outside of our control, we took the concern seriously and worked with the city to help resolve the situation. We understand how important these concerns were, especially during an extended stay with pets and a young child. Our team made every effort to address the issues and provide a comfortable stay.

Just Right

The property was just right for what my wife and I needed while we were waiting on our new home to close in the area. Conveniently located close to restaurants, stores, etc… anything you’d need is within 5 minutes. Hosts were great with communication and we had no issues with our stay.

Great house and great host

The house is lovely especially the renovated kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. House was very clean. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to cafes, restaurants and bars. Our host Andrew was most attentive and addressed a few minor issues immediately. We will be back!

Very clean inside, it was just my husband and I very quiet neighborhood, the owners of the property was very helpful, it does have a fenced in yard if you bring your fur-baby.
