Situated on the Capistrano Playa complex this tastefully modernised one bedroom apartment is ideal for those wanting easy access to beaches and restaurants. Free Wifi and air conditioning. Brand new King mattress.

The apartment is on the lower level of the complex overlooking the famous Capistrano Playa lagoon with views out to the nearby Burriana Beach. The apartment offers an open plan living area with very comfortable leather sofas (one being a sofa bed which sleeps 2), air conditioning unit with heating, TV with International channels, DVD player, dining table with seating for 4 and a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances needed for your self catering holiday.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and a washing machine.
There is a large sunny terrace with sun loungers over looking the Green Lagoon and close to the tropical gardens which lead down to Burriana Beach, the promenade, bars and restaurants.
The complex has 2 communal pools, 1 for adults and 1 splash pool for children with a depth of 40cm, with grass and shaded areas as well as sun loungers for hire. There is also a poolside snack bar.
Communal pool (non-heated), open from beginning of March to end of October from 10h to 20h.
To access Burriana Beach, it’s only a few minutes walk down through Capistrano Playa’s tropical gardens. This will lead you to the beach front with promenade, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a host of water-sports in the summer months (kayak, parasailing, diving centre, jet skis, pedalos and more). Burriana Beach has showers, sunbeds, children's play areas, volleyball courts. Balcon de Europa is approximately 20 minutes walk away. There is a regular local bus service within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
