Stay in the heart of DC in our newly renovated apartment (2 bed/1 bath).
Located just a few blocks from the bustling H Street corridor, our apartment is surrounded by some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. You'll be within walking distance of major attractions like Union Station, the Capitol Building, and the National Mall, and just a short metro or bus ride away from everything else DC has to offer. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen and modern amenities.
Self entry with smart locks
This apartment is located on a quiet block in the Kingman Park neighborhood. It's a few short blocks from the bustling H Street corridor or Barracks Row which is home to many bars and great restaurants such Rock and Roll Hotel Hotel, H Street Country Club, Sticky Rice, Maketto, Toki Underground, Copycat Co, Granville Moore's, etc.
Please be aware this is an urban environment and to use street common sense!
Note: The washer and dryer are located in the room with the king bed.
-Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.
-There is a bus stop (D6) is around the corner or
-You can take a metro which is 15 min walk (.75 miles) (Stadium Armory) or
-The new H St Street Trolley is a 10 min walk which is currently FREE!
-Capitol Bikeshare rental station located at 15th and F St NE.
