We enjoyed the property (June 2-5 2026) even though the shower is in need of some updating. The home had all the essentials from toilet paper to garbage bags. The neighborhood was decent everybody seemed to respect one another. The host was very accommodating. Overall, I would stay in this home again.

Great place to stay in DC with family. Still had to take an uber most places as the street car was not running. Also, follow the instructions around keeping doors closed and fans on as the top two floors of the house run super warm. The basement is nice and cold though. The bath/shower make sure to keep all curtains inside the bath tub or water will get on the bathroom floor. Bathroom is extremely warm, so if you are a girly girl like myself its better to do your makeup in the basement bathroom. Every night, at the corner of the street there are a group of people that sit out there talking and playing music, so it can be loud. Had some police and secret service activity on one night outside our front door, but we never felt unsafe in the area. The board game collection for the kids was a huge hit and every night we finished our day with a few rounds of UNO or Connect 4. There is also an Aldi and Starbucks nearby. For breakfast we order from Bob's & Edith before starting our day exploring the city. Overall, had a great time and loved the space and amenities. Would recommend for a family or group of friends.

A comfortable and very spacious apartment with easy access to the downtown area with a good supermarket within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved staying here!

We absolutely adored staying here! The house is thoughtfully designed with everything a family could need, including extra sheets, blankets and pillows; children's dishes; games and puzzles. We just adored it and our kids didn't want to leave.

Very nice property and easy to access tourists sites and some great restaurants very nearby including Brine and Copycat. Enjoy!

Great House

As described; lovely house, with all amenities, clear instructions, easy check in and out, and very helpful host. Lots of nice extras for our stay, and 7 minutes walk to Whole Foods. Would stay here again on a DC trip.

Everything was as described. Right near H St but without all the hustle and bustle of being on the street. Would 100% stay at this property again next time I’m in DC

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great—very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.The only downside was that parking could be a bit challenging, and each evening around 6pm a group of people would gather in the vacant lot next to the home. They seemed harmless, but the late-night noise and traffic were a bit disruptive.Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I truly appreciated the host’s hospitality and the comfort of the home.

Nice apartment and responsive owner

We enjoyed our stay (5 nights). The house is kept very clean and well maintained and appears as advertised. The owner was very proactive and responsive before and during the stay. The house is only a few blocks from many restaurants, Whole Food and parking is easy.

Great find in dc

We loved the home and all the instructions introducing us to the neighborhood. The trolley was a great find and we loved finding out a new neighborhood. The host was accommodating in every way and we would love to return.

sister's trip

The townhouse was very nice and accurately shown on the website. Beds were comfortable. I stayed in the smaller room and it was quiet for sleeping. Check in process was easy. All my questions before the trip were promptly & thoroughly answered. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful experience!

This was our first time visiting DC, and we couldn't have been happier with this home! The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, Whole Foods and CVS within a half mile. The property was just as described, clean, and stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend!
