Due to Maui’s rural location, you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko.
Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi — please don’t harm them.
The HOA provides regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life.
Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal activity — we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.
