Listing was even more breathtaking than imagined!Tim was available as needed. Home was really a great place for my family to gather each morning for coffee as we planned our day. The falls is my favorite part as it really adds a touch of tranquility to our stay…..thanks Tim I shall return.

Fabulous property -- lots of room, great view, many amenities, FULLY stocked kitchen (as advertised), high-end bathrooms . . . . . . and a very accommodating host. Just a great place.

We had a fantastic family gathering here and the property was likely the finest we have ever stayed with via VRBO. The host, Tim, was incredibly responsive, communicated detailed information, was thorough and flexible, allowing us to check in early and check out late. We had a fabulous time at this gorgeous and private property! The location is wonderful with lots nearby to explore. Spent amazing mornings and evenings on the huge screened porch listening to the waterfalls and trying to memorize the incredible views.

Best stocked VRBO that I've ever stayed or been in. Tim gave us directions to great hiking trails and a fabulous restaurant, The Library. We will be back.

Wonderful Moubtain Retreat

Great house, view, location and amenities. We loved our time there. Everything was first class. Easy church-in, great suggestions for area activities and restaurants, fantastic kitchen and outdoor area. We will return!

The house was amazing! We loved the layout for 4 adult couples and 3 small children. The kitchen has everything and the second refrigerator was awesome to have. The pool was chilly but gorgeous and perfect after a sauna!

Gorgeous Getaway

We loved this beautiful mountain home! The views and outdoor spaces are truly stunning. This home was perfect for relaxing with friends by the fire and our kids enjoyed the upstairs playroom. The host was wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend!

This home checked all of our boxes, absolutely private, yet only 5 minutes to the Cashier’s crossroad. incredible view, spacious, well stocked and maintained. So comfortable and relaxing! The crowning glory is the gorgeous pool and waterfall, we literally lived in the screened in porch. Our host was a great communicator and made everything so easy. Highly recommended this beautiful property!

I could not ask for a more gracious host, than Tim. Tim went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, he sent an amazing directional video, a list of fun things to do while in the area and places of interest. Tim has such a delightful personality and sense of humor. The house and amenities speak for theirselves-awesome. We had a delightful time. My children staged an old fashioned “sit-in” to stay longer. Hysterical! Thank you Tim, for making our stay 5 star plus, plus, plus!

Superbowl Weekend

15th year of our friends getting together and we may have finally found our ideal place to enjoy the game/weekend! Amazing property and Tim (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time...available for questions, recommendations, etc.

Spectacular view and location

The house is great and the outdoor space is the highlight but the view and location are the stars here. It’s literally 5 minutes to Cashiers and short drives to fantastic hikes in Panthertown and Gorges State Park. It was a perfect way to spend a relaxing but active July 4th weeek.

Beautiful New Property with Amazing Views!

This house is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views. We spent a quiet New Year with family and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. We also explored the surrounding little towns and beautiful nature. Tim is a wonderful host who was very communicative and gave great recommendations!
