Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean, well-renovated, and appreciated the details. Regarding the dining chair, I do want to clarify that the chairs are solid, quality furniture purchased from The Brick, and they were all in good condition prior to your stay. Unfortunately, the chair was broken while under your care. As per our rental agreement and platform policy, guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay, which is why the cost of replacement was charged. As for the location, the home is situated in a central area of Edmonton and, while convenient, there can be some street noise at times. We will certainly take your note into account and look into ways to minimize this further for future guests. We truly value all feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future visitors. RGW'S Cozy Casa apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for choosing to stay at RGW's Cozy Casa. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay, found the bed comfortable, and appreciated the renovations to the home. We also appreciate you bringing the temperature and the dish cloth to our attention. We're pleased we were able to resolve the cooling issue promptly, and we've addressed the dish cloth concern with our housekeeping team to ensure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for your valuable feedback—it helps us continue to improve. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit!
