Tree-lined neighborhood surrounded by live oaks and cypress trees. Great location. Safe and easy access to/from airports and everything the Louisiana state capitol city has to offer.

Close and convenient to LSU, Southern, and Franciscan Universities.

Perfect for families or individuals in town for college events from football games to graduations at LSU, Southern University, or Franciscan University, or holidays, concerts, and events in the area.

Easy access to I-10 and only 55-miles, typically less 1-hour drive, to/from New Orleans Armstrong International Airport (MSY) or 30-minutes to Baton Rouge Metro Airport (BTR).

Walking distance to beautiful Highland Road BREC Park with beautiful walking trails, pickle ball, tennis courts, disc golf, small boat launch in Bayou Fountain, and a kids water park.
Less than 2-miles to the expansive Burbank Soccer Complex with a dog park including swimming areas for the retrievers.

We had 8 adults in our party and slept very comfortably. The house was cozy, clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Ample parking for 4 vehicles.

We rented this adorable home to stay at while in town for my son’s graduation at LSU. The hosts were so sweet and accommodating to us and all of our questions. Definitely will stay here again when our daughter goes to LSU.

Great stay overall. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were simple and seamless, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout the process. The space had everything needed and made for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect getaway to meet up with family in the BR area. House is in immaculate condition. Love tge fences tiny backyard and quite neighborhood tucked away in a super convenient location.

Great place to stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our trip for the LSU vs Alabama football game. Convenient location and a comfortable atmosphere.

Bill and Anna were amazing hosts and we loved staying at this house! It was close to the LSU campus, but far enough out to not have to deal with a lot of traffic and noise when we got back at night. I’m sure we’ll be staying there again when we go up for games, etc!

Great place

Great location, convenient to all the attractions we planned to visit. Quite neighborhood, close to shopping mall. Home has plenty of room to accommodate 6 people even though we only had 4 to our group. Bill was great to help with all of the booking and information, would use the home again

Family trip

Home was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard a lot. Quiet and safe neighborhood to walk the dogs or just to walk ourselves. We would definately stay again!

Family Christmas

This sweet little house is in a great location and is spacious. There’s plenty of room for gathering and the kitchen is nicely equipped for simple meals that can feed a crowd.

We had a wonderful family weekend at LSU and this home was perfect for our stay. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was extremely organized, which made meals so easy to prepare. The backyard was a great bonus our dog loved it and the neighborhood was ideal, especially since my dad could enjoy his morning walks safely each day. The location is also very convenient to the school. Overall, a great spot that made our trip relaxing and enjoyable.

We stayed in town for LSU graduation. The house is an easy drive to LSU and close to restaurants and shopping.
