Loved our stay here!! It was an easy drive to the beach and Publix and Rita’s were very close by which was a plus for us! Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay with my extended family! The house fit 9 of us perfectly, with room to spare. We had a few hiccups, but Josh was super helpful and communicative. Would stay here again!

The house was fantastic! Plenty of room for my family plus a puppy! Enjoyed our stay, kids loved the pool, hot tub and game room. The communication with the host was always quick and easy. Thank you!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Loved the decor and relaxing atmosphere of this house. There place felt so comfortable and enjoyable, especially loved the outside patio and pool (is where I spent most my time). And the host were just awesome and contacting them quick and easy. Thank you for making my 50th birthday memorable.

Excellent property, great location, minutes from the beach. Pool, hot tub and game room were wonderful! Josh was easy to communicate with. Four stars because the WiFi was out and the handle in the shower did not work properly, we weren’t there long enough for either issue to be resolved, minor issues, but attention to details is important.

It is an incredible property with plenty of space for large groups, and everything was very clean. I would like to offer a suggestion for future guests: although there are four bathrooms, only two have showers, which makes things a bit difficult when the whole group wants to bathe. I also suggest adding full body mirrors in the bedrooms. Otherwise, it is perfect and very comfortable.

Make a Memory

Our family (14 total) had fun filled days and evenings at this beautiful home. It was spacious, clean and provided many of the ‘extras’ needed for an effortless vacation. Close drive to many tourist spots and beaches. Wonderful!

Our family had an amazing holiday together. The home was beautiful and was the perfect space for all of us. Everything was clean, well-stocked, maintained and just as pictured. Josh, the host was equally amazing and very responsive. He stayed in touch with me and I appreciated the check-ins and reminders. It felt as though he truly wanted us to enjoy the home and our stay in Florida. We would stay again and again!

Great rental!

The property was perfect. Pool, hot tub, big family room/kitchen for families, etc. Take note: advertised for up to 19. We had 10, and due to dynamics of our group, all bedrooms were used and someone still had to sleep on the couch. Also, although 4 bathrooms, only 2 had showers. Again, minor to us, but need to know. Definitely would stay there again.

This house is really beautiful and has a great outdoor pool area. Close to the beach but very nice and quiet to come back to in the evenings. The pool area is great and we enjoyed using it each day during the really hot stretch that Florida was having while we were there. There are a few areas that need some love (grill, putt-putt equipment and upstairs shower door) but overall it was a nice place to stay and is great for a group!

So disappointed in the house, we loved it from the pictures (but the reality was different) we had issues from the start, then the next day maintenance came at 8 in the morning with no warning and just walks in while my family was asleep. We didn’t have but a small pot and two skillets to cook for a family of 13 so had to go to the store and buy Pots, we didn’t even have dish rags. The drain at the bottom of the pool was busted and someone could have hurt their ankle by falling in, there were missing and busted tiles on the pool. The out door games were missing parts. Several things didn’t work. In my opinion the upkeep and upgrades to keep this house worth renting.
