We loved our stay! Lots of room to spread out, and it had everything we needed. Only a ten minute drive to the historic district and 30 minutes to the beach at Tybee!We also highly recommend The Green Truck Pub that is one block away. It was absolutely delicious!!!

Very fun stay and perfect for 3 friends traveling together. Only one suggestion:Have a couple boxes of kleenex available in bathrooms

Gosh, this place could be really fantastic, but it does need some cleaning and furniture love. Pros: Hosts are excellent at communicating and were gracious enough to let us in a bit early upon our arrival. Super fast responses, accurate listing details with street parking, great location, and ample beds for plenty of people. Nice big open great area, and a safe neighborhood with great places to walk. Water is HOT and pressure is GREAT. These things all really matter. Cons: This place needs a deep clean, paint, flooring fixes, and new furniture. There are scuffs, dirty handprints, and smears all over the walls. There’s a thick layer of dust on a lot of surfaces, like the blinds and overhead lights. There is flooring (either laminate or vinyl) coming up underneath the dining table that we caught ourselves on while sitting there; and a transitional piece to a bathroom upstairs isn’t glued down so it was just off during our stay. 5 of 6 dining chairs had really loose legs or back portions that we almost fell out of. The chairs genuinely need replacing. Finally, the top bunk/bunkbed felt unstable. We didn’t feel safe on the top so we changed our sleeping arrangements. Finally, the carpeting on the stairs is pretty rough.If the owners put a little investment into this place with some more cleaning and furniture updates, it would be a really really great spot and value. The house was very comfortable, the check-in process was easy, street parking is a little iffy if you're not used to it. We arrived around dinner time on Friday night, and the street was packed, but after that it was a little easier. We had an issue, but the owner of the house took care of it right away. Plenty of hot water for the nice garden tub, ceiling fans in every room, very comfortable beds.Several restaurants within walking distance, so that's a nice park. Only takes a few minutes to get into downtown Savannah.

This place is pretty far from the historic downtown and most restaurants and shopping. The host was not rude but also was not super friendly or helpful. The place was not very clean. Both shower curtains had gunk on them. There were dirty scuffs all over the walls. The carpet on the stairs was very worn and disgustingly dirty.
