Summary:
This charming cottage is perfect for couples or small families. Nestled at the end of a quiet walkable street, it offers extra privacy and safety with a protective brick wall. The well-lit driveway and entrance, adorned with dusk-to-dawn string lights, ensure an easy check in. A fully stocked kitchen, smart TV and high speed WiFi for the business traveller. For coffee lovers, we provide Community Coffee both pods & pre-measured grounds.

The Space:
This cozy cottage features two luxe king beds with high quality linens for a comfortable nights sleep. A recent remodel & tasteful decor offers a comfortable stay. A new model washer/dryer are also available in the home for guest use.

Quiet Getaway

This was a cozy property in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping and restaurants. There was good communication with hosts. Highlight was the coffee bar.

Great Place to Stay in Monroe!

We enjoyed our time in Monroe. Our son plays baseball at ULM and it was extremely convenient to the ULM field and all other aspects of Monroe. Thank you for hosting us.

Second Stay

This is a great little property and my second time to stay here. Very clean and excellent safe location on a dead end street. Well stocked with coffee which is so nice. Extra paper towels and laundry detergent etc. Very comfortable property.

Perfect Weekend Stay!

We came down for a visit with my daughter who attends ULM. It was homecoming weekend and we brought several friends from our hometown. The hosts were absolutely AMAZING! Definitely found us a home away from home for our future visits! ❤️

VCOM White Coat Ceremony

House served as a great base for our weekend in Monroe to visit our daughter at VCOM/ULM. Would definitely recommend for a small family or couple visiting the Monroe area.

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed this cozy adorable home for an extended weekend. The neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe. It was close to everything you could need. This was so much better than having to share a hotel room.

Excellent rental if you are visiting ULM

I stayed at this rental as I helped my son move into his college housing for the year. Close to campus, much nicer than nearby hotels, very safe area and charming accommodations. I will stay here again on my next visit if it is available - a real gem!

Well stocked

This was a cute little house that feels safely positioned at the end of a dead end street. It came stocked with coffee and cold water in the fridge which is SO NICE after traveling all day. There was extra TP, papertowels and even laundry detergent - little things like that make a difference. Didnt have any issues at all. Would recommend.

Charming Home

All the vintage charm with modern amenities. Within a block of a Beautiful bayou and all the Southern Charm. Safe neighborhood, big backyard and large bedrooms. We came in town for a wedding and this was so much better than a cramped hotel room! Thank you for sharing your home!

Safe and cleab

The property was perfectly nestled in a very safe neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable and the host even had coffee for us in the morning. We plan to make this our home away from home while our son attends ULM.
