Relax with family & friends at our quiet cabin getaway. Enjoy a private hot tub, pool, sauna, and nature with 3 acres of land to yourself. Fully stocked large kitchen, coffee bar, plenty of games, & 2 spacious bathrooms, there’s lots of room to fit family and friends. Starlink internet ensures plenty bandwidth to work remotely or stream.

Minutes from Downtown Berkeley Springs, Cacapon State park, Relaxing Salt Cave Spa, Coolfont Resort, breweries, cidery & vineyards. Pellet stove heated

We had a wonderful vacation with three generations and our dog. Our teenagers enjoyed the table tennis and ice hockey table and the pool outside. The bedrooms were spacious and well planned. We used the kitchen a fair bit and it was well equipped. Our host was incredibly responsive and easy to reach. We had a great time exploring the area and the house was an excellent base for us as a family.

The house was very nice. Appliances were top notch, with every kind of coffee makers including espresso. The grounds needed a little grooming but very pretty. The pool was cloudy for three days. But we could still use it after the first evening. In all it was still a very good place and we enjoyed it.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We got the relaxing weekend we wanted. Everything that we needed was available and the cabin was very comfortable.

Everything was great !! Only thing is be careful with the kitchen table it’s alittle wobbly, also the ice machine doesn’t work. But overall my stay was great !

I highly recommend this property. It is tucked into nature, private quiet yet very easy to get to. The pool was amazing. I brought my own pool floats only to find a whole screened in room off the pool with tons of floats and pool toys. The Hot tub looked amazing very large. But it was a bit too hot outside, so we stuck with the pool.The kitchen is beautiful with a large gas stove. There is a large Barbeque Grill that is hooked up to natural gas so don't get worried when you remove the cover and there is no gas bottle. The house has everything you need for a few adults to a family with children. I will plan to stay here again. It is well worth the cost.

Nestled in the woods

The house was very nice. It had all the fun amenities and was convenient to town. Sitting on the pool deck and listening to music without seeing any other houses was serene and calming.

Excellent communication with the host; we had an unexpected snowfall and they quickly sent someone to clear the snow. The only thing they could improve on is a thorough deep cleaning throughout the entire house.

SO MUCH FUN

We stayed here for our anniversary. The area itself is gorgeous. The town is full of things to do. Definitely somewhere for more of a leisurely vacation instead of jam-packed. We love the house the positioning of the hot tub so that you can watch TV was perfect. We definitely want to come back probably in the summer so that we can utilize the pool and bring friends just so we can introduce them to the area because we loved it so much. out of 10 highly recommend this location

50th birthday weekend

Everything was just as described, unfortunately a huge snowstorm blew in this particular weekend. That made it hard to enjoy some of the outside ammenities, (hot tub and sauna). But we will defintiely be back again when the weather breaks.

We had an amazing get-away at this ahome. The home was as described. Clean. Comfortable. There were 6 adults and 3 children. The location was peaceful, and the heated pool was enjoyed by everyone! We would definitely go back! Host respond quickly!
