Beautiful villa on second floor corner with great views of the pool & ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and all modern appliances. Washer & dryer off kitchen, access to screen porch from both living room and bedroom, flat screen tvs, DVD player, Blu-Ray,WiFi. Elevator and community pool. Linens. No Smoking. No Pets.

**Important Notice: Please be advised that a siding and window construction project will be taking place on all Port O' Call buildings except for Building D. The work is scheduled to start on November 4th and continue through mid-March. During this period, guests may experience construction noise from adjacent buildings.**

Service was way above expectations...we had 2 small problems and they were fixed quickly with just a text message. The view was beautiful and it was a short walk to the beach....the pool was close too...only one very small complaint that the pool could have been cleaner.....we would definitely rent again....the price was excellent.

Isle of Palms Paradise

We would definitely recommend to friends and family. If we have the opportunity to come back to the Isle of Palms we would love you stay here again . We are from a county that was hit hard by Hurricane Helene and we had no power at home so it was so nice to be able to extend our stay and Island Realty was so nice & accommodating. We really appreciated it!!!

Beautiful location very tired unit

The location could not be bet The pool was not cleaned daily.ter. The apartment is tired and in need of painting and a new bed. The kitchen had a broken coffee pot which we replaced due to the agent's lack of responding to our request.

Relaxation and Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation while staying in the port o call, wonderful views of the beach and pool from the screened in porch and couch. Just into part of our stay, a hurricane hit and we ended up having to leave early. We contacted the rental company, and explained that local agencies were insinuating guest to leave the island and after speaking with the property manager, she issued us a refund for the remainder of our stay, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Easy peasy

While these condos aren’t brand new and pristine, they are clean, perfectly located, beachy, and in a fun resort. We love wild dunes and the IOP area. This condo was very clean, has an amazing ice maker in the freezer, and has on ocean view. We can’t wait to go back—I’d definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful Week at Wild Dunes

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was fantastic and the condo was a little better than average. The king sized bed was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood; it was so hard. It definitely needs replacing. Also the toilet seat and furniture was quite worn and would do wonders for the aesthetics if replaced. Overall, it filled our needs and we had a great time at our second stay at Port O’ Call.

Needs an update

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They say location is everything. That’s about all you’ll get with Port o Call D201. I expect more from a Wild Dunes property. This was adequate for a long weekend — comfortable, clean, and quaint. But it could use some TLC — rough around the edges, could use a paint job, pictures not on the wall and laying under the TV??? And the noise from the residents above, who started their daily routine of either moving furniture or bowling, we couldn’t figure it out, at 6 am every morning.

September Visit

Location and view great but unit is very old and needs some TLC!

Overall the view, location and surroundings were great. The unit is in terrible need of an update. Blinds were broken, very old furnishings. It really looks like unit has not had any updates in at least 30 years. The bathroom tile and shower head have been updated though. Kitchen has all the needed supplies and plenty of silverware and cookware. It was clean. The covered porch has a very small table with 4 chairs that are very uncomfortable but we did enjoy our coffee over looking the pool and unrestricted view of the ocean. For the price I would definitely pick a newer more comfortable unit. But we booked last minute and it was over Labor day weekend which was a short stay so we couldn’t be too picky. Love Wild Dunes but the unit has so much more potential with just some TLC.

Enjoying Wild Dunes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent! Island Realty did a great job of facilitating the process, and the Port O' Call condo easily met our needs. It would have been helpful to have instructions for operating the washing machine, which was much different from ours at home. I looked up the user's manual online. Otherwise, everything was great.

Overall clean, but some maintenance issues

While the condo was very clean overall, we have several maintenance type issues (fans not working, outlets not working, TV not working, etc.) that weren’t addressed before check in. Hopefully they are addressed before the next guest. The biggest complaint is the furniture was worn and dirty.

The condo was perfect from the location to the setup. Port o call is a perfect location on the resort. Beaches are quiet and surf is perfect.

Relaxation Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in a great place and great location. We have stayed at this location but different condo in the past. The only complaint I have right now is the fact that we had to do some cleaning once we arrived. The shower head had mold all over and some of the dishes were not clean, the blinds over the one window in the family room was broken (so think some maintenance /cleaning could have been a little better). Over all love the area and the location and had a blast. We certainly come back.

Clean but needs updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean but could use some updating. The mattress is very uncomfortable. We could also hear our neighbors above us every evening so that made it difficult to get to sleep. We found a mattress topper in the cabinets the day we left that would have been nice to know was available. The TV’s could also use some instructions. The location was good, and the Island Realty people were friendly and helpful with questions.

Good Ocean View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is a little less expensive than the others which is good but it could use some updating - particularly the bathroom. The bed was boxsprings but we were exhausted from all the beach activity so we didn’t miss our memory foam too much. You can see, hear and smell the ocean from the screenroom. This was our favorite part of the unit. It would be very helpful if someone could leave instructions for the TV remotes. It took us a couple days to figure out. The kitchen was stocked with pans and utensils so we were able to cook. The condo was pretty much as represented in the listing. .

Nice, but could be better

Reviewer Comments: For the price we paid (nearly $300/night) I would expect nicer towels than the small, thin bath towels that were barely enough to dry off. I could find nicer towels at Target.Also, the drain in the bathroom sink was strange - there was no way to close the drain to fill the sink with water for shaving. I had to reach under the vanity to open and close the drain. But I understand that this can't easily be fixed without replacing the whole sink.When we first arrived, our feet got dirty from walking barefoot on the floors. Maybe they were only vacuumed but not washed before our arrival?

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at port o call many times and all of the condos have been fabulous. This one , not so great. Kitchen was vey sparsely supplied. It had a coffee pot but no filters! No salt and pepper even in the kitchen. We have been in other condos that had supplies in the kitchen to be used. We don’t mind buy spices, aluminum foil etc but we should have know that this condo had nothing.screen door at entry had a broken hook and could not be locked at directions on how the tvs worked and they were a nightmare. We finally had to call island really maintainance to have a great guy come and try to fix the issue in the family room. It took him 30 mins to fix. Very complicated. Never was able to fix the bedroom tv. Don’t want to go on vacation and search for things in the condo not to find them. Would stay away from this one.
