Beautifully decorated three bedroom, three bath, two level condo with views of the community pool and ocean! The kitchen has Corian counter tops and crisp white cabinetry. Dining for six with additional seating at the bar. The living area offers comfortable furnishings, a 65" Wi-Fi enabled 4K Smart HDTV with Roku and Blu-ray player and a Dolby ATMOS, Bluetooth soundbar, and direct access to the sundeck. The guest bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, Wi-Fi enabled Smart HDTV with Roku and shares a full bathroom with bathtub with the hall. The guest bedroom upstairs has a pyramid Queen size bunk on the bottom with a Twin XL bunk on top and a Twin XL trundle underneath., Wi-Fi enabled Roku smart HDTV and a full private bath with bathtub. The master has a king bed, 60' Wi-Fi enabled 4K Smart HDTV with Roku and a Blu-ray player, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. All TVs in the condo are Wi-Fi connected and High Definition! Beautifully landscaped complex with access to community pool and charcoal grills. Wi-Fi. Linens. No smoking. No pets.

Everything was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place! Very close to the beach and pool (closer than it looks in the pics). The unit is quite spacious overall. The kitchen is well-equipped and the washer and dryer worked well. The beach in front of the condo is the widest and best in that general area. The management company made themselves very available as well. Lovely place!

Amazing Views in quite area

The house was clean and well furnished. The location was super nice. It a nice community that was quiet. Beach was close. Pool was great for all ages going from super shallow all the way to 8ft. My only complaints were no elevator and had to check in and out at an office fairly far from the condo. It was on the way but still some what inconvenient.

Spring break 2024

We had a wonderful stay at Mariners Walk on the beautiful Isle of Palms. The condo was in a great location and we could walk to the beach very easily. It was clean and very spacious. The pool was sparkling clean and there were a ton of loungers. We had a great time and enjoyed plenty of 4 miles walks every day on the beautiful beach

Close to Beach and Recently Remodeled

Our family of three generations enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a gated community, is close to the beach, and was a good size for the 6 of us. There are a few flights of stairs to get to the front entrance, so be aware if that's a concern. It appears to have been remodeled since many of the reviews. There's no carpet within the unit, etc. It would have been a 5-star stay if we'd had a few extra towels (there were 8 total for the 6 of us and a 4-night stay). Luckily there's a washer and dryer within the unit and I'd brought some detergent. Also, the bottom of the dishwasher was covered with what appeared to be melted cheese when we arrived, so cleaning that up wasn't the greatest welcome gift. Once, those things were taken care of, we had a great time!

Loved this place!check in and out was easy. Beautiful property, very close to the beach, and great community! Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

Wonderful stay!

This property is just as nice as the listing says. It was clean, spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 young kids, close to the pool and beach, and overall, just a nice, quiet place to spend the week!

Fantastic for family!

This was our 2nd stay in this condo, and we really appreciated the new floors and the new bed in the 3rd bedroom. It was clean and when we reported a leak under the kitchen sink, it was fixed right away.

NOT A GOOD STAY

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in horrible need of updating. No rental space should have carpet. The carpet was extremely dirty. We had to call exterminator, although it was handled promptly. I think this unit needs a complete overhaul before renting.

Week in Wild Dunes

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. All appliances, etc functioned properly. Great TV systems. Had no dealings with the management.Condo suffered from noticeable lack of cleanliness. Have rented condos in W/D probably 30 times. This unit might have been the dirtiest. We worked pretty hard the first dAY cleaning, so it's better now.

Great Beach Vacation

The location to the beach was great and an easy walk even with two young toddlers and all of the requisite beach equipment. The pools were great and easily located. House was in great shape and we enjoyed the view from the deck.

Family outing Wild Dunes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with certain aspects of this property. The lever that switched from shower to bath would not work. Our two year old granddaughter doesn’t take showers, only baths. We were able to use the bath downstairs, but it was clogged, would barely drain. We managed around the issues, then on Friday the air conditioning unit was leaking, leaking water in the bedroom, causing plaster on the ceiling to fall. We called and a technician came and repaired it. He said it would continue to drip throughout the night and not to call him. I mentioned the other issues, but he said that wasn’t his assignment, but he would contact someone. The property was nice, kitchen was fully stocked, but we were disappointed with these issues. We were spoiled with our property at Mariners Walk last year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the Wild Dunes and the room was perfect for the most part. We did have a few issues with the cleaning done prior to our arrival. We found a half drank water bottle in one of the bed rooms. The dishwasher has dirty dishes still in it and there was food from the previous guest in the freezer. These issues did not impact our stay too much and the room really was nice. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the walk to the beach is almost non existent. We will definitely be back!

Loved the place

The master shower was horrible had to go out and buy cleaner and a scrub brush.It was covered with mold and rust. During our stay unfortunately the garbage disposal started leaking. They replaced it with a new one and it started leaking again. It didn't ruin our trip and we all said we would come back. Also it was kinda weird that the pest control guy came while we were there. He knocked at the door and asked if we needed his services? I think that should have been taken care of before we checked in.

No to Mariners walk 5D

Dirty laundry in the bedroom, No clean linens, bugs, water leak in bathroom, no hand soap, For what we paid it should have been a better experience! Called Wild Dunes office and they said they would send linens but never did. They did send a Maintenance to spray for bugs and fix the leak.

Wonderful week away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 12, 9, 7, and 4) had a wonderful week at 5D Mariners Walk! We have stayed in many rentals in Wild Dunes, and Mariners Walk is one of our favorite complexes. Very close to the beach and easy pool access. The unit had plenty of room for our family. We stayed in mostly, due to COVID, and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs, and room at the table for all. Bunk room was great for 3 kiddos! One suggestion I would make is a thorough carpet cleaning or replacement. Carpet at the beach takes a beating! Thank you for hosting us, and we can’t wait to come back!
