I apologize that the arborist was there during your stay but he only had a couple openings available during the summer. He was supposed to be finished prior to your arrival but he got backed up due to rain which was entirely unavoidable. The description clearly states that there is not a traditional oven, only a countertop oven and hot plate stove. I wish you had read the through the description more thoroughly prior to booking. I’m not sure what you are referring to about the paint in the bathroom. Also, the “suspicious” stain on the ceiling in the master bedroom is from having a gas line installed to have a gas stove in the upper level kitchen. The installers painted but did a very poor job of matching the ceiling paint. I will be repainting that soon but haven’t had a chance with all the bookings over the summer. It’s interesting that you mention the olive oil without a cover when there was a brand new bottle provided right next to it. A past guest must’ve removed the pouring spout on the old one. I have since removed. I do also like to provide basic condiments as a courtesy to guests. I have removed any that have expired. Yes, I do have maintenance materials in the apartment in a confined space as most homes do. I’m not quite sure why that would’ve impacted your stay.
