The home is a single level floor plan. It hosts a very comfortable open floor plan which makes for a relaxing enjoyable environment. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom and walk in closet. The patio is off the kitchen which makes entertainment outside easily and assessable.

There is so much to do, see and experience in each of the four distinct seasons that make Utah the perfect place to play year round. Weather you take on the steep and deep powder provided in our world class ski resorts or prefer the quiet peace of a long hike you may find yourself back again and again.

We picked this neighborhood because of its convenient location to all the hobbies we like to be a part of in Saint George. When it gets a bit cold in Northern Utah we enjoy coming to Saint George to get our fill of sunshine and warmer temperatures. I love to walk and bike in the neighborhood. The grounds and sidewalks are landscaped to appreciate the great beauty the desert provides. There are hiking/mountain bike trails that you can jump onto just south of the house. I enjoy the safe community and beautiful sunsets that surround the immediate area. It's super convenient to all the tournaments and restaurants needed to support our families activities. I am confident you will like your stay.

Our property is unique due to the views that are unobstructed. The property butts up against a turtle preserve so no building will be allowed to block the display of incredible sunsets. It's one level so after a day of playing, you may be too sore to manage steps. Instead slide into the private hot tub and get ready for the next days adventure.
