This spacious vacation home has over 2700 sq ft featuring 4 large luxurious bedrooms with up-graded beds, adjoining 3 1/2 eloquent baths. You will escape to tranquility with an amazing jetted shower spa system and Aero Feel Therapy Tubs in both the Main and second Master private bathrooms. A great way to soothe away the aches of playing too hard.

Gather everyone around the large dining table and additional seating at the bar, Great Room with leather sofas, or Game/ TV Room. Experience 3D, HD entertainment on a 70-inch smart flat screen in the game room. Stream movies or surf the net on any of the five flat-screen TVs (in all bedrooms, great room, and game room). Relax, read a book, catch an HD flick, or just enjoy each other's company in front of the cozy fireplace.

Park and store your play gear in our private locking two-car garage. There are two additional spaces in the driveway and additional guest parking nearby. For your convenience, the laundry room has an extra-large capacity front load washer and gas dryer.

The back patio with seating and outdoor BBQ is wonderful for stargazing; the Upper Master balcony offers an escape gaze-way to Zion, the main floor patio features the number 5 tee box of Coral Canyon golf course and the upper game balcony offers impressive views of Pine Mountain to the north along with Coral Canyon golf course to the south. The master patio offers seclusion for a private gathering of outdoor grilling and stargazing.

Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St. George, yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure! If you spend your day hiking in Zion you will love the two beautiful pools and hot tubs offered.
