What a beautiful place! All our guests commented on how comfortable the beds are. The only slight bummer is that the property manager is onsite. But we hardly saw her.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was comfortable, well-appointed, and had great amenities that made our trip especially enjoyable. We also loved how conveniently located it was for exploring both Sonoma and Napa Valley vineyards.We did experience a hot water outage during our stay, but the communication was excellent and the issue was resolved within 2 hours. The host was responsive and kept us informed, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great stay and a lovely home base for exploring wine country!

I planned a 3-day retreat for our teachers at this beautiful historic estate in Sonoma Co. We enjoyed the grounds and home. The host was responsive when we had a maintenance issue, which was appreciated. It is on the highway, so there is the continued buzz of the cars driving by. I would recommend this estate for a quiet gathering. Also, there is a nice market within walking distance.

The place was great but the AC did not consistently work and it was sweltering. We couldn’t go outside because the neighbors complained that they could hear us talking (not laughing or partying, talking). While we discussed the strategic plan. It was so hot, we left a day early. Way too expensive for that. The host was super responsive and really tried to make sure we were ok. Very considerate- indeed.

Nine retired couples retreated to Sonoma County in October to enjoy a midweek vacation at Casa Bella in Kenwood. The historic home is beautiful, with plenty of room for all 18 of us! The lovely interior craftsmanship was admired by all, and the many bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were a bonus. (A few couples did have to share.) We also enjoyed the large living room & adjacent sitting area (where we set up our bar) because all 18 of us managed to gather together. The kitchen is a bit small for large party meal prep, but well-equipped with modern appliances. The huge outdoor entertainment & recreational areas really stand out! You can read about them in the property description, and unfortunately we didn’t get to use them much because it rained, but the one evening we did was wonderful! The onsite property manager also appeared almost instantly after we called with a minor equipment glitch & had it fixed in a jiffy. Both she and the owner were very responsive. Overall, Casa Bella gets a top rating, a high recommendation, and a desire to return!

Our stay was fantastic! The room was incredibly clean, the host was welcoming and helpful. The kitchen was also well-equipped and convenient.

Casa Bella had everything we needed and more. Beautiful and historical home, with so many outside amenities. Perfect for a large groups of friends or business associates, with breakout areas for private conversations or group meetings. Access to the property manager was unprecedented compared to previous VRBOs. Highly recommended !!

It was raining while we were there, so we were confined to the house. The house is very old and charming, but had quirkiness to the electrical and plumbing. Location was great and Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were as advertised. Bathroom were on the smaller side.

Lovely property! My extended family stayed here and had a lot of fun. Tons of space to hang out in, including pool, hot tub and patio made for a very pleasant space. The property is also walkable to wineries, restaurants and a coffee shop. Tons of things to do within few mins of driving. Would stay here again!

Large property - great location!

Perfect spot for a large group. Plenty of sleeping options, tons of kitchen equipment/dishes, and a great, walkable location to restaurants and wineries.

Great place for wine tasting get-away

The property was clean with amenities such as a hot tub, a pool, and bocce. There were lots of rooms to accommodate our group. Wineries are super-close. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great place for a group to stay

The house was beautiful and large enough for our group. The living room area was perfect for a large group and kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast every morning. The pool area is also amazing. The property manager was available at all times and very accommodating. If you’re looking for a place to stay for a large group, this house is what you’re looking for.

Beautiful home that easily accommodated our large group of friends. The one downside for my music-loving friends was that there is no music allowed outside on the property. Otherwise it was an absolutely perfect visit!

Great for company retreat

Great property for small company retreat. Spacious and comfortable rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an amazing backyard for our fireside chats! Communicating with the property manager was easy and we felt very taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group.

Perfect for our large group

We had a group of 15 stay at this property and it was absolutely perfect! We lucked out on amazing weather so were able to take advantage of the outdoor space. Beds were comfy, linens soft, and the house is full of charm. We walked to wineries, and enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home and area.
