New CUSTOM cabinets, CUSTOM granite counter tops, CUSTOM wall finishes, washer/dryer, dishwasher, travertine throughout, zone air conditioning, glass showers, 3 TV's, free wifi , fully furnished kitchen, gated community, amazing views, 3 minute drive to Red Hook, ferry dock, and grocery store. Quiet, peaceful gated community, 1-2 minute walk to the beach, pool/hot tub access, next to St. Thomas Yacht Club, two restaurants and pool bar on property. Charter boating, kayaking, para sailing, snorkeling, diving, zip lining. It is the CUSTOM VACATION HOME of my dreams. It turned rental after the hurricanes of 2017 and is one of the BEST condos in Cowpet Bay West.

Great condo. Very well stocked with all that you could ever need. Nice and clean with plenty of room. Ole and the view is not to bad either!

Beautiful condo

Lots of amenities at the condo! Caribbean Fish Market onsite was excellent for dining. Great location and beautiful beaches. Had a wonderful time!

Great stay at Cowpet Bay

Overall, the property offers a great scenic view overlooking the beach. You are close to many dining options, places to shop and many water activities. The Condo is relatively close to the beach, however, be aware that there are atleast 85 steps back and forth ( I counted, lol). Thank for a great stay for our first time in St. Thomas!

Perfict loaction

The property was amazing! Beautiful landscaping and well maintained. The unit was well kept and we loved the view from the balcony. I think my favorite part was how easy it was to get to all of the beaches as well as the car fary.

Great stay

Condo was very clean and had anything we could possibly need. Really appreciated the simple things like not having to buy toilet paper and trash bags. We loved the balcony and views. Furniture was comfortable, and plenty of seating. The beach was nice and quiet and plenty of chairs to use. We saw a good size puffer fish and sea turtle snorkeling near the reef. Would definitely recommend this condo!!

Sabbatical

The condo was wonderful for our stay. We enjoyed morning coffee and English muffins on the patio overlooking the beautiful Caribbean and the quaint mooring field.

My Home away from Home

The condo was PERFECT! Spacious and accommodating. It had everything I needed. The views were spectacular. Close to eateries and steps away from the beach! As AS said, ‘I’ll be bac!’

I would recommend this apartment for many reasons. Bright, beautifully decorated Fully stocked with grocery essentials, very comfortable beds and bedding A short walk down the hill to an amazing beach, swimming pool and restaurant 10 minute drive to Red Hook, a vibrant community with a generous selection of restaurants, stores and restaurants

Beautiful condo in a great location

The condo was very well equipped and quite comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach and the amenities were wonderful. Caribbean Fish Market, very nice swimming pool and hot tub, bar right at the pool. Red Hook with all its restaurants and grocery store was minutes away. Of everything, I think I liked the view from our balcony the best. Great spot.

Tropical girls trip complete!

Our girls week stay was fantastic. It was a group of 4, the eldest family member had a bit of trouble with the walk to the beach with her neuropathy in her feet but we managed. The location was perfect, close to red hook, and not a far drive from anywhere else that we desired to go to. The condo view was beautiful, the beach was amazing with a lot of sea life. The food at Sangria's was awesome & their staff was amazing.

Nice condo

The condo was clean and well stocked. The pool was nice with a pool side bar. It is a pretty hilly walk back up to the property from the pool. The walk wasn’t a problem for us but for older people it could be. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Graduation Getaway

The property was AMAZING! Jessica and Rosie are absolutely the BEST!! We took our daughter to the USVI for her high school graduation gift. The condo had everything anyone could possibly need-you could just stay on the property and enjoy the resort amenities. We had the best of both worlds- enjoyed the amenities and explored other islands (snorkeling in St. John, traveling to the BVI, etc). It was a magical week with wonderful family memories we will remember for a lifetime!!

Excellent

Great condo with perfect amenities including an amazing beach with awesome snorkeling. Great views from the condo. I loved staying at the east end and this was a perfect base camp to explore so many great beaches in the area. Proximity to red hook made for easy dinners and grocery shopping. Condo had extra beach equipment, snorkeling gear, coolers, and beach towels. Very convenient to have a beach bar and restaurants right on site. There was a water issue when we stayed and the owner/manager was excellent at communicating the problems with us. I would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful Condo

I absolutely loved the condo! It was perfect and the view from the balcony was great! The owner Rosie was so sweet and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly for us and when she got an alert about maintenance happening at the condo. The only disappointment was the beach. It has lots of rocks and seaweed and a weird smell. We ended up going to Sapphire Beach and Meagan’s Bay to swim.

very good in spite of the tropical storm

We new a storm was coming, We are from Florida so no biggie. It never occurred to us that almost the whole island would be without power for several days. Fortunately this unit and complex had generator backup. The condo was much better equipped than I expected. The TVs wouldn't work but the host tried to get us help. Overall we were very pleased with the condo and the host.

Awesome View!

Condo was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. The only inconveniences we experienced were; the pest control guy came and we mysteriously had 1/2 bottle of Titos missing when we got back afterwards, painters were outside at 8am three mornings, and we had no hot water because hot water heater went out. So, a contractor was out to diagnose, then another to replace. Then, when replaced, still no hot water. Overall, the host was very responsive but just felt like we had a lot of activity when we were just trying to relax. Would have been nice to know before booking that there were going to be so much going on. Still five star review

The Morrison's Vacation 2022

We were very impress when we walk thru the door that everything was exactly as we seen in the pictures! We enjoyed the view from the balcony and having access to the pool, Beach and restaurants on property was perfect. If there was anything that could be improved would be, the need to be a better way to dispose of trash as a guest we should not be spending our vacation time looking for a trash bin that wasn't even on the property, if we didn't have a car this would be very difficult to do. also who ever is responsible for beach maintenance need to spray the entire area, for ants were all over the entire beach sand area everyday along with the infectious mosquitos that attack us on our last day going to the pool and beach. Other guest visiting the area had the same problem. We spent all day at Magens bay Beach with no mosquito bites. We couldn't even put our feet in the sand without ants all over the place. Overall my wife and I had a wonderful time at the condo. We would like to thank the condo owners for you hospitality. God bless you for allowing us the stay as your guest we had a great time! The balcony view to the Bay was amazing and very calming. We had beautiful weather the whole week we were there. You were just able to walk right down to the Bay and to the pool. Everything was amazing. Condo was furnished with everything you need. Snorkeling equipment towels for the beach chairs. Everything in the kitchen that you need to cook. It's all there!

Communication and pictures of apartment and beach spot on. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Everything in the apartment worked as described, easily accessed, perfect place for a much needed trip.

THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT LOCATION!

I only have it 4 stars over two minor things. When I am visiting somewhere I need TV and want to see the local news the TVs were in every room I just had a major issue working dish in our room. The host is soooo sweet and wonderful called dish and all I am sure of was me never saw the news. The second thing is I was sad the pics show a water feature in entry and that is not there they should change that pic.Now the good THE VIEW!!!!! The other pics are spot on. We were there with two 18 yr olds this was my daughter’s grad gift to bring a friend to St Thomas and it did not disappoint! (First timers) to be honest I never ventured down to the beach our view was lovely and we were mainly there at night. The kids were down there every single night and it was no issue to walk down. The Ac is split three system and worked great! Sadly 3/4 of us were very sick with a virus and I was grateful for that the one full day I had to spend in the condo stupid stupid cold virus! The condo has all the beach equipment and we added to that leaving floaters AND A PUMP IN A BOX for others to use! We also added to the liquor cabinet. If I had a question from booking or stay the owner of her daughter answered right away and were VERY NICE! I really didn’t understand the layout of island when I picked this condo I picked off view and VRBO pics and what was nice but we rented a jeep we drove everywhere and quickly realized I got lucky THIS LOCATION IS PERFECT! We love being right next to Redhook.
