We had a wonderful stay here. The bed was a standout! The most comfortable bed ever! The view from the balcony was great, and so peaceful to see the ocean, while still being near enough to all the action. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was provided - umbrella, chairs, etc. Even though there is no air conditioning, the large fans worked superbly to keep us comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

The unit was really nice and good view of the ocean. However the one big downside to our visit was the elevator was down to our building making it very difficult getting our items up to the unit on arrival. Our host did meet us and helped get moved in. Elevator was down until late the following morning.

Location, view from balcony and beach access are key highlights. Cleanliness of the apartment, and availability of everything you need from toiletries to kitchen utensils are other things that made the stay pleasant

Great Stay! This is a well-appointed condo with everything we needed for our visit. Nice beach chairs and toys included. (Not all rusty, like some.) The host responded very quickly to our questions. Check-in and check-out was easy. There is a very convenient parking spot reserved in the garage near the elevator. The condo has a gorgeous view of the ocean from the patio and we could listen to the waves every night from the living room and bedroom. The bed is also comfortable. There is a convenient laundry room with lots of washers and dryers in the building. The common areas on the property and pools are extremely well maintained and clean. North Coast Village is a great location walkable to restaurants. We did not use the sofa pull out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location, close to beach. All the amenities we needed to enjoy a great stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, as well as the weight room and the hot tub.

Relaxing Vacation with Family

This place was a dream to stay in. Management made an easy check in. My family enjoyed a relaxing stay for 10 days. The condo had all the amenities we needed. Very clean and decorated nicely. Bed was very comfy and the pull out couch sofa was comfy too for my son . The best part was the ocean and pier view from patio and bedroom . We definitely want to reserve this condo again . Thank you Tim for making our stay wonderful .

The property was very clean and included thoughtful touches such as a well-stocked kitchen, linens, and beach gear. The view was absolutely amazing and was the property's biggest highlight.Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The listing advertises two sleeper sofas, but upon check-in we were immediately told one was broken and basically not to use it. The second sleeper sofa was also broken. The metal support bars would not extend properly, and the head of the bed had to be propped up to keep it from collapsing. We made it work for our child, but it was not functioning safely or as intended.We promptly reported the broken sleeper sofa to the homeowner but received no response. The homeowner had also stated the other sofa was broken, so we did not attempt to use it. The listing is therefore inaccurate in advertising two functioning sleeper sofas. The homeowner was basically telling us don't use it because it cost 4,000 even as she admitted it was broken.The dining room light also did not work, leaving that area very dark.During our stay, the elevator next to our unit stopped working. Security initially refused to assist us, and we again contacted the homeowner without receiving a response. Overall, while the property itself was clean and the view was outstanding, the homeowner was not responsive when issues were reported, which was disappointing. We've stayed at other locations on this facility and our homeowners were extremely quick to reply.
