Fantastic Property!

We had a terrific time this past weekend. Betsy was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful throughout the whole process from beginning to end. The property is ideal for families and we will definitely stay there again when we go back to Beaver Creek. It is ski in/ski out, has terrific amenities, and a great overall feel. We HIGHLY recommend this property.

Bliss in Beaver Creek

Once you figure out the bus system and where to walk to get to the lift, it’s an easy laid back experience. No hassling with cars or parking, go where you want without the hassle. Full amenities of the hotel is amazing as well. Highly recommend for a family of skiers!

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful condo. It was perfectly located, less than 5 minutes to everything, skating rink, shops, and stores. The lift was just minutes away and you could ski right from the unit. Beautiful accommodations And the owner was fabulous. See you next year!

Perfect base for a Beaver Creek family ski trip

This was a return visit to Beaver Creek for a week of skiing with our tweens. In the past we had stayed at the Park Hyatt, but we wanted some more space and a kitchen with more reasonable rates, while staying close to the lifts and the village. This condo more than fit the bill! It was so clean and comfortable, with every feature we could want: stocked (and well-organized) kitchen, fireplace and lots of comfy seating, spacious rooms and bathrooms, W/D, and access to all of the Pines Lodge amenities: pool/hot tub and gym, boot valet, ski racks, coffee and snacks, ski rental shop on site, and a lovely restaurant on the first floor. We could all easily walk/ski in and out from the Strawberry and Centennial lifts, and the Village was a quick walk or shuttle away. Our hosts were so helpful and accommodating. Betsy sent us information prior to our visit about local restaurants, transportation, and rentals and activities. She checked in via text a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, and even offered to let us arrive early at no extra charge if the weather necessitated a change to our flights. It was a beautiful holiday vacation, and our whole family agreed that for any future visits to Beaver Creek, we will try to stay at this property!

Great condo and location!!

Pines Lodge 403 is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom condo with conscientious, thoughtful owners! The floor plan is ideal and provides you plenty of space to stretch out, enjoy the views, and keep your skiing stuff organized! With comfortable beds, pillows, linens and towels, you can enjoy a good nights rest after a day of skiing! Apres ski time can be enjoyed on the comfortable large sectional sofa with movies and games provided! Little details like hand soap pumps in every bathroom, hooks galore, hampers in the rooms, velvet hangers, humidifiers with directions clearly labeled, nice kitchen appliances like a Ninja blender, and shareable kitchen supplies: tea, coffee, spice rack, paper napkins, and to-go cups for your coffee and tea! These home owners make sure you are comfortable in their home! Arranging for the trip, the condo owner was so very helpful with restaurant recommendations, food delivery options, transportation, etc! And she was just a text away if we needed anything while there! Ski in/ski out access was great but you do need to be proficient at skating to get out to the Strawberry Lift. It’s also easy to carry the skis to the slope if that’s easier for you! In the evenings if the shuttle was going to take a while, we’d just walk into the Village. It’s a short 5 minute walk! We also loved having Grousse Mountain Restaurant on the first floor. We’d enjoy the night out and then have a night cap there! We’d 100% recommend this condo and hope to stay again for the 2023 ski season!

Great unit/location

The unit is exactly how it looks on the listing. It's a top-floor unit in a hotel. You get all the benefits of the hotel (pool, boot-warmers, valet, concierge, etc), but with a place that's definitely more of an apartment-size space. It's quite, in a great location and doesn't require all the usual hassles of check-in, check-out of a condo. The owners are great and very helpful. Would recommend anytime.

Perfection in Beaver Creek!

Everything about our stay at this condo was enjoyable. From the beginning, communication with the owner Betsy was easy and timely. She provided a helpful list of activities and resources in Beaver Creek, and was easy to reach if we needed her. The condo was beautifully furnished and well appointed throughout with plush throw pillows and blankets, games and puzzles, and a well-equipped kitchen. Location was wonderful too, with easy access to the slopes and a 10 minute walk to the village. We will definitely return!

Amazing condo!

We loved everything about the condo- great location ski in and out, walking distance to the village, stores etc. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful views from all the windows. Great restaurant downstairs and bar. Very nice and quiet area. Betsy- the owner was very nice and helpful. She gave us all the recommendations for restaurants, rentals etc. She emailed us multiple times to make sure we had everything that we needed for our wonderful stay! I would recommend this condo to all families!

Perfect location and well equipped condo

It was a pleasure working with Betsy the condo owner. She keep me well informed about the area with fabulous restaurant recommendations . Everything about the trip was just perfect. The hotel staff was very friendly, the complimentary Starbucks coffee each morning was just what I needed to start the day. The ease of storing your skis and boots was really a nice addition. The kids found a run that brought them even closer to the hotel after their day of skiing. We all enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. I took advantage of the well equipped fitness center . We found walking to the village extremely easy during the day light but chose to use the complimentary shuttle bus at night. We already discussed our return plans and can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.

Fabulous Beaver Creek Trip

From start to finish, it was incredibly easy to work with Betsy....first class all the way. The property was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable living space downstairs, fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 bath, and dining table big enough for 8 or for playing cards. The master was like being at home - comfortable bed, large bathroom, and large closet. Washer & Dryer upstairs with detergent at the ready if needed. The 2nd bedroom slept 4 (bunk & full size bed). Betsy even has bathrobes - almost felt like being at the Ritz. We rented our skiis downstairs, and skiied out each day - perfect location - easy to walk to and from the Village each day if you don't ski. We never ate at Grouse Mountain Grill - for breakfast or dinner. We ate breakfast every day in the condo, except for the last day. We made a pot of chili one night for dinner and ate in the Village or ventured into Minturn, Vail and Beanos for our other meals I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you're looking for a great Beaver Creek get away....the condo was very nicely appointed, very comfortable, and Betsy helps make you feel like you're at home. She has thought of everything, from spices in the kitchen, to toiletries & blow dryers, as well as a welcome basket with snacks. Again, if you are looking for a first class place to stay with great customer service, this is your place.

A Definite Home Away from Home

This was our first time visiting Beaver Creek. Beaver Creek offers breathtaking views of the mountain scenery plus a multitude of activities but it was the owner and her gorgeous condo that made our experience outstanding! After contacting Betsy, I realized her willingness to help us with information on activities, restaurants and everything Beaver Creek Resort has to offer was like having a private concierge. Her recommendations were spot on. All the details from the condo furnishings to the memorable gift she left for us just added to the experience. The Pines staff was equally as accommodating. We loved the restaurant located on the lobby level so much that we ended up eating there two times. You have to eat at the Grouse Mountain Grill during your visit! I can't say enough about our experience except to make sure you stay here when you come to Beaver Creek. It is definitely a perfect home away from home.

Fabulous property

The condo was fantastic and the owners were great to work with! The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect - a short walk to the village. It was beautifully furnished and very well cared for. The owners could not have been nicer - even helped us to find a babysitter for my brother's children! She gave us lots of useful information about Beaver Creek and was lovely to work with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone thinking about visiting Beaver Creek!

Rent from the Best...in the Best!

I can hardly say enough absolutely positive things about our experience with this property and our stay at Beaver Creek. In my opinion you get the best of both worlds when staying in a privately owned condo with all the hotel amenities included! Our family of 5, with 3 school-aged children, loved our stay here. The condo was better than expected with every amenity you could think of needing. The skiing was perfect, ski school amazingly helpful for our little ones, and the staff on the entire mountain so pleasant and helpful. What made this the most enjoyable for me was dealing with Betsy. She made sure our first time to Beaver Creek was special and well-planned. Her attention to detail, responsiveness to calls or emails, and her abundance of information was truly amazing. We will definitely rent here again in the future!

Home run

We had a wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we first expressed interest in the condo through the moment our security deposit was promptly returned, I was blown away impressed with the owner. She was incredibly helpful in planning our stay and in making sure everything went smoothly. As for the Pines Lodge and the condo itself, simply beautiful. My family decided that the cookies at the Pines were even better than the cookies on the mountain! We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Holiday Week

Our family stayed in this unit during the Christmas to New Year's week and had a fabulous stay. Betsy , the owner, went above and beyond to keep us informed of the options in the building, the resort and in the area. The condo itself is wonderfully appointed with all the comforts of home. The Pines Lodge staff and ski rental staff in the building were all quick to assist us. We give this rental the highest recommendation!

A Magical Thanksgiving Week

We had an amazing visit. Thank you for all of the small touches like the snowman kit and access to the sleds and the beautiful Thanksgiving centerpiece. The condo had everything we could have ever wanted. The kids loved the bunk beds. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing and the shuttle service was super easy and convenient. The kids already are asking to go back next Thanksgiving. Thank you for all the advice on restaurants and contacts. We found that very helpful. Again, thank you and we could not have asked for a better place to stay during our trip!

Terrific Penthouse!

Beaver Creek is a great place on its own, but while staying in the Penthouse at The Pines Lodge, the experience was even better. After contacting Betsy, we quickly realized this would be a great experience. It was. The place was high end and lacked nothing our family of 5 needed. We could Ski-in / Ski-out, workout in a great facility, use the on-site Ski rental service (their customer service was outstanding), eat and drink in the Grouse Mountain Grill, and make the short walk into the village. This was our second stay at The Pines Lodge..... but not our last.

Our family adores both the beach and snow. We reside in Jupiter, Florida but introduced our children to skiing at Beaver Creek. We vacationed here every year until deciding to make it our permanent ski destination in 2005. Our eldest son just began his second year of college and our younger son is 17. They still enjoy spending their time in the mountain top terrain park. We hope you enjoy your visit as much as we do.

Beaver Creek is a resort geared for families of all ages. We wanted our kids to be able to ski on their own, go out independently of us to dine, ice skate, and participate in resort events, all while feeling that they were in a safe secure environment. They rode the shuttles on their own and attended kids camps in the summer. They grew up here during their winter and summer vacations. It was indeed a perfect place for creating lasting memories.

We like that our condominium is a spacious private residence, while also benefiting from the amenities, attention, and full services offered here at the Pines Lodge Hotel. Anyone who skis, realizes a family with ski 'gear', needs plenty of room. Our spacious penthouse provides us with a place to be comfortable, the full hotel services such as the concierge, wonderful Grouse Mountain Grill Restaurant on our lobby level, and the proximity to the mountain.
The hotel staff rarely changes year to year and they are always welcoming and courteous. We like the intimacy of this relatively small scale hotel run by Rock Resorts. The hotel, containing just 4 floors, is not overwhelming and the staff always knows every guest by name.
