The place was very clean, very nice condo for the price, our family of five had plenty of room, the beds were nice, and Frank was very responsive. There was a ton of activities for the kiddos to do, will come back again!

We had a great week in Myrtle Beach and really enjoyed our condo. The view was beautiful and there was plenty of space for our family of six. The owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were satisfied throughout the trip. We highly recommend!

Frank was very attentive with any quote concerns we had. Very quick with getting back to us. Our place was wonderful and the location was great. I would definitely go back.

Great stay! The unit was spacious and just as beautiful in person as it looks in the photos. Our kids loved the water slides, and we’ll definitely rebook the next time we visit Dunes Village

We had a great stay overall! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and exactly as pictured. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The resort amenities were fantastic and definitely added to the experience.A few things future guests may want to know: the condo is on the 12th floor, so if you’re traveling with young children or are uncomfortable with heights, that’s something to keep in mind. The hall bathroom had a lingering odor that detracted from the experience. There were some washcloths provided but not many and the starter supplies were fairly limited (no laundry detergent, one paper towel, limited cleaning supplies, and only a few trash bags), so you may want to bring those items if you’re staying for several days.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clean accommodations, beautiful décor, responsive host, and excellent resort amenities.

Weekend getaway with the family

Traveled in for gymnastics competition and decided to make a weekend of the trip. Perfect spot on the beach. Amenities were great and the kids loved the indoor water park. Would not hesitate to book again. House had everything we needed for our stay and group of 8.

Great Family Spot!

The condo was very clean and new. Very nice beds and amenities. The host (Frank) responded quickly and was helpful. The area where the condo is located was in more of a residential area, perfect for walking and exercise yet close to everything Myrtle Beach offers. We would recommend this condo to family and friends. Thanks again Frank!!

We have been to Myrtle Beach many times. Every time we would visit, we would stay at a trashy place. This unit is super clean and well kept. The cleaners do an awesome job at keeping this place clean and keeping it stocked! If you’re trying to find a place to stay in the beach that is clean this is the condo to get. When you walk into the building “5300” it seems to be very clean. Unfortunately the pool area, pool table and other amenities are extremely out of date and nasty! Also for it to be an indoor pool area the water wasn’t that warm. We didn’t get to enjoy it with our 1 year old. Frank does have more units he rents out. You might want to check the location of those before booking this one at dunes village. Overall we really enjoyed this unit and the cleanliness of it. We will choose to not return to this location but will check out the other locations Frank has!!

What a wonderful condo. First time we’ve stayed in a condo instead of a house. We were very pleased. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms, well supplied kitchen and an amazing ocean view. We will definitely book again when we visit Myrtle Beach!
