Clean, clean, I was surprised, I loved the view. It's a little small but it has everything you need. Best of all, I travel with my pets and they are more than welcome. It has beach chairs and an umbrella, which was excellent.

Room was perfect for my wife and I. Wished it was equipped with a few more items...corkscrew, blender, to name few. The process used for check-in and out worked perfectly. I would stay here again.

Property is always clean and the staff are so polite. All around a great place to stay, if you book with the hotel or another room. If your staying here and have pets you will be very happy.

Property was welcoming to our two small Doggies & 2 humans. Everything in PG 1626 was accurate as described. King BedStudio was Oceanfront with incredible Ocean Views. Hosts were amazingly responsive to any of our questions. We highly recommend, but secretly do not want folks to discover this Gem, in the Patricia Grand, as we want it all to ourselves.

This is a great place to stay! Very clean and the view was amazing. Everything looked just like the pictures. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cute Oceanfront Studio

This studio was perfect for our stay. The view of the ocean is perfect and location is great, very close to lots of restaurants and Broadway at the Beach.

Amazing view!

Spent a week with my daughter and our two small dogs. Great location. Room was as advertised, and our host Tom was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Cute clean condo. We had everything we needed, and the snacks were a nice touch! Loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. The bed was really comfortable.
