We loved vacationing here! The house was perfect and would love to stay here again in the future. Our favorites were the pool with all the nice sitting areas and the pool table room. It was fun and made some great memories.

Property was wonderful. We did have some issues with roaches, but it seemed like it had just been sprayed. I also hate that we had issues with people getting on to us for having a boat/trailer with us. This wasn’t in the listing anywhere and we purposefully booked the home for driveway accessibility. Otherwise the home was great.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home, and we’re sorry about the roaches and the confusion around boat and trailer parking. We understand how important clear driveway information is and will review how these details are communicated.

We loved this house. Close to the beach, beautiful house, pool, nice neighborhood/community, not far to stores. The game-room, while absolutely beautiful, could use a sofa or soft chairs. One thing I will say is to let renters know that if renting a golf cart, the streets are limited to that particular area. You cannot use it to do your food shopping, etc as you can in the 30A areas. Would rent this home again

Timothy, the beach-and-pool combination is hard to beat, and it sounds like the game room made an impression even with room to grow. Your note about the golf cart streets is genuinely helpful for guests planning their stay. Hope to have you back soon.

Beach Barn was exactly as advertised. Spacious, nicely appointed, clean, and close to the beach and restaurants. The Property Manager, Daniel, was excellent. He answered questions quickly and took care of a couple of minor problems promptly. Would definitely book another stay and would recommend it to friends.

Great family vacation

This property is just as described in listing. Location was perfect for ease of getting around Destin. Beautiful walkable neighborhood, quiet right next to beach. We have been to Destin yearly for several years and this house by far was our favorite. Daniel the property manager was great with communicating if we had any needs and was very responsive and friendly. 10 out of 10. Will go back!

We had a wonderful trip to Destin. This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults! Plenty of beds, showers and kitchen space. The pool was amazing and we had it heated which helped so much!! The pool table and barn room were a great fun addition. The location was very convenient to the beach and to food options! Communication with rental company was easy and helpful!

Beach Barn was the perfect place for our extended family vacation. We had six adults and three children and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It is a great location with easy access to many restaurants and attractions. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The outdoor space is very inviting and the pool is wonderful! The beautiful beach is just a short walk away. The host, Daniel, was responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate, Beach Barn is the place for you!
