Thank you for the feedback. There was a sign on the door that said all the checkin packages were in the drop box. It was very very clear and no one of three couples read the sign. It was simply the guest not reading the clear and simple instructions. We came back at 4:02 pm to check guests in. No one cussed at any guest. The guest were explained the sign was on the front door. The sign had been up for 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon because we had an emergency at another property. We came back at 4:02 pm to check people in. The guests were mad at us but There were three couples that sat there and no one read the sign on the front door. Hilton Head Vacations communicated perfectly as we have for decades with the sign on the door that says "All checkin packages for today are in the drop box in the parking lot" We do thousands of checkins per year and the sign on the front door is very clear and easy to read.
