This was an exceptional house for a family. It is very close to the main areas of Pigeon forge. This allowed us to run back and drop off food and items during the day. The indoor pool was an enormous hit with our family and provided hours of entertainment. Home was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels both bath and pool. We would love to stay again on our next visit.

Overall our stay was decent. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. However, there were several things that took away from the overall experience. The shower water pressure was very poor, the pool was much smaller than expected and the pool room had a noticeable mildew smell when you walked in with what appeared to be mold covering portions of the ceiling. The keurig was also finicky and would only brew if you held the lid down the entire time and even then it didn't always work. Unfortunately neither of the arcade games worked during our entire stay which was disappointing since we were traveling with kids who had been looking forward to using them. We were told someone would come by to look at and address some of these issues but no one ever showed up during our five night stay because they said someone had to be home. They never would come during the day if we were out doing things so nothing ever got addressed. Communication could have definitely been better. There were some positives but overall the property could use some attention and maintenance to make the experience more enjoyable for future guests.
