This was the best vacation we have ever had in Gatlinburg. This cabin was absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend this place to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the hot tub and pool table! Cabin was very clean and they were quick to respond to any questions we had!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! We travelled with friends and this house had enough space for everyone to be together and be separate if they wanted. The pool table was tons of fun and the old school arcade games was a blast from the past. Check in was seamless. The view from the house was beautiful. We were about 10 to 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and getting up.and down the mountain was a little scary with the steep and sharp curves- a lot of which had no guardrails along it. As long as you went slow, you were fine! The hot tub was nice to be in but definitely had weird smells to it. The pool was smaller than we expected and only went waist deep on the men, but the kids loved it. We definitely would vacation here again!

Weekend Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Tequila Splash, came for an extended weekend during Fall Break. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub on the deck. Cabin was clean and in an easy to get to location. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed and everything was clean.

Loved the location…just far enough outside of Gatlinburg to appreciate more nature & close enough of a drive to get to the fun stuff like Dollywood. All (3) bedrooms felt like masters with their own bathrooms. Balcony was where we spent the evenings playing cards.Only saw a bear once…be cautious of course & don’t feed them. With our frenchies, being outdoors made us nervous but we felt better seeing some folks freely walking their dogs. There are several markets close by, but drive the extra 10 minutes to get to Publix and save on grocery cost. Or visit the locals market that has a lot of handmade sweets & fresh canned goods. Our only issue is the force-placed damage protection (170 give or take) and the excessive cleaning fee of 400. The cleaning cost should be more like 100-150 max and the floors & one set of sheets were dirty. Outside of that we will be back!!

Overall Stay

We arrived at our cabin only for our door code not to work. After calling the management company they told us to use keys which only worked for the bottom floor. I had to climb down a super steep hill behind the cabin just to access. They put in a work order to fix the door code and we never seen anyone. Upon walking in the pool room the pool smelled like sewer and pool wasn’t clean. The pool guy showed up and “cleaned” the pool but it wasn’t clean it literally had a brown film around the water and had black floating stuff. The pool guy then game back the next day and informed us that the pool pump was not working properly. My husband contacted the management company asking for some money back on our stay because for 1700 we should’ve had at least some of the amenities they advertised…they told us they would have to decide if we got a refund, Needless to say the cleanliness of the property was the only thing we got for the price, After seeing the pool the hot tub was a no go as well, In the reviews before our stay other people mentioned the pool issue and management said they were working to address the issues, well they haven’t. We won’t be back.

We enjoyed having 3 levels so each person could have a space. The indoor pool was nice because it was hot.
