About this space
Enjoy this private guest home with a sunset view and garden. You are close to the 78 Fwy and 5 Fwy. The drive to Oceanside and Carlsbad Beach is about 15 minutes away. Downtown Vista is about 7 minutes away. There are many amenities, including WiFi. You can see daily sunsets through the large sliding glass door. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle.
The space
This has a convenient and easy access floor plan. You will be able to sleep soundly on a queen size bed. You can relax and watch your favorite shows on a 45-inch Samsung TV. There is a desk in the corner for you to work away on your laptop. You have free access to fast WiFI at 500 mbps. The kitchen area has ample cabinet space and the essentials for your cooking needs. It you prefer outdoor dining; there is a patio with outdoor furniture. There is a small fire pit outside to enjoy the evening and to toast marshmallows.
You will have access to the single-story guest home (Unit A) and a fenced side yard, and parking on the driveway in front. A resident lives in the main house with 2 dogs which can be reactive towards strangers. So, please avoid coming to the front door of the main house. If you need something or have a concern, just message on the platform. Please review the home guide placed on the table.
