**BEDROOM**

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a TV, and an attached ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a couch, a closet, a TV, and a twin-over double bunk bed that is perfect for young kids who would love bunking for a sleepover or if you're looking for a comfortable rest after a long day of adventure.

The unit has a loft with an open space with a double-sofa bed for two extra guests that serve as the 3rd bedroom.

**BATHROOM**

The unit has 2 bathrooms. The first one is attached to the master bedroom which has a toilet, mirror, sink, shower, and bathtub!

The second one is on the loft next to the second bedroom which has a toilet, mirror, sink, and shower.

**PARKING**

There is an unassigned open parking and free street parking!

- 4 Min drive to Trickle Creek Golf Resort.

The Kimberley Transit System offers regular rides throughout town. A popular transit option is to enjoy a cruisy 26km bike ride to Cranbrook along the paved North Star Rails To Trails, then hop on the Kimberley-Cranbrook Commuter for a smooth ride back to town.

Adjacent to cross-country trails and a short level walk to the ski lifts of The Kimberley Alpine Resort, the unit is 0.6km from North Star Express High-Speed Quad Ski Resort and 3.6km from Cominco Gardens. A 30-minute walk will take you to the city center. Within five minutes, you will be golfing at the popular Trickle Creek Golf Resort or the highly regarded Kimberley Golf Club.

I recommend you to bring or rent your own car for visiting the area. :)

- We have bed accommodations for 7 guests. The 3rd bedroom is an open loft area beside the second bedroom upstairs, 2 extra guests could sleep on the sofa bed located in that area.

-This unit has a monitoring device called Noiseaware. It does NOT capture conversations. It only measures decibel levels to prevent loud music and noise complaints.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
Welcome to your Airbnb home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

2. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

3. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

4. This unit has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

5. Our pet fee is $25CAD per pet, per night. Please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #3 as it will be based on the nightly rate).


6. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

7. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

Great stay close to Nordic Center

Great property to stay out that’s steps to the Nordic centre and the downhill skiing. The kids loved playing foosball and the hot tub in the common areas. One thing to note is there is no washing and dryer in this unit. Would stay again.

Great little gem

Awesome little place. I would consider this a ski in/ski out property. Had everything we needed and was clean. Great communication with the host. Games room and hot tub were a bonus.

Weekend Visit

This property was perfect for our family of 4 for our Thanksgiving visit to be with my mom and aunt who live in Kimberley. It’s in a great location to go for a quick hike to get the day started and the unit was perfect for our family! On our first night, we arrived after dark, so we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful view of the mountains when we got up the next morning and checked out the views from the balcony. This was a quick trip for us, but we would definitely look into this property again when we come back to Kimberley on our next visit!

I think that you need to update your selves as cooking ware and furniture is showing some wear. However the view of the Rockies is amazing. Truth be known I lived in this area for over twenty years. I have been away for quite a while and had forgotten how impactful that view is to me!! Thank you!!

We had a lovely time in Kimberley! The hosts were super responsive and the condo had absolutely everything we needed. The location was perfect, super close to so many walking paths and very easy to get around. We will be staying here again the next time we come back to Kimberley!

Super comfy apartment, amazing views

The views are brilliant and the house is just a lovely place to stay in. It's clean quiet and spacious and exactly like the pictures. Host communication was top notch.

Awesome stay in Kimberley

Nice property with a good location if you like to ski or hike. House would be big enough for 6 people and would be friendly for kids. Host was super accommodating and check in/check out was easy. Great price for the location. Stunning view. We would go back for sure!

Great ski location

Great property. Short walk to ski hill! Place had all the amenities we needed to make our stay perfect! We would definitely recommend it and will return!
