This was a beautiful property with PLENTY of room for everyone. Everything was clean and easily accessible inside and out. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the book was full of great ideas and places to eat around the area. The hosts were easy to contact and friendly in all communications. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality.

House was amazing! Perfect if you have kids that want to just chill. No water at dock as listed in description. We were able to fish at a neighbors dock and the kids enjoyed it! We were able to swim at the State Park only a 2 minute ride . Lots of privacy at the end of the cove . Just wish there was water but nothing they can do about it and they did list it . Other than that perfect stay for a much needed family get away

Excellent Stay

Home was the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Clean, well stocked, and just super quiet. Excellent for a family getaway. The only negative is the roads in the subdivision are very narrow but this is a great place to stay

Great property and place to stay.

It was a very nice property, and everything is clean and very well thought out. This is not a place that you will regret staying, it is spacious and very relaxing.

Family vacation 2024

My family stated it was the best one overall due to the activities that were available and we could cook our own meals. The property was awesomely quiet and very well kept. Great property to vacation.

The property was above and beyond what I was expecting. There was plenty of room for our 3-family gathering. Bedrooms and living areas were large and clean, bathrooms were nice, and the outside area was perfect for kids to go and explore (and to find tree frogs). This is a property we will book again!

Family reunion

This home was private and quiet. It is just minutes away from Tugaloo State Park, with swimming and hiking. It has lots of space. We had a great time.

Perfect holiday spot!

We had a range of family members from 8 months to 80 years old and we all had a wonderful time. Lovely home with lots to do. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and for adults to relax. Thanks for a great Thanksgiving trip!

Family Christmas

Our family chose this location because it was centrally located between all our cities, but boy, were we pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this property turned out. I only wish the rain hadn't kept us from enjoying the fabulous porches and fire pit more, but the great kitchen & den, plus all the ample sleeping areas made for the perfect Christmas getaway.

Tranquility Cove

My family had a reunion at this lovely house. Eleven of us were very comfortable. We were able to fish and kayak from the dock. We toasted marshmallows at the fire pit. Tugaloo State park is very close by, with a very nice beach and a fun mini golf course. The house is very close to main roads for easy access to the surrounding area. Don’t miss the delicious donuts purchased in Fair Play Georgia. I highly recommend this home.

Great Lake house

We had a family reunion at this house and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had teenagers, grandparents and a dog. The convenience of the dock made it easy for us to enjoy fishing, water skiing, and tubing daily during our stay! no putting the boat in the water and taking it back out each evening. The reality group did a great job communicating with us while we were there and the home was extremely clean when we arrived. The beds were very soft and comfy. If you enjoy a firm mattress you might want to talk with the reality group before booking. Overall it was a wonderful reunion and the house was fabulous! We would definitely stay again!

Family Escape to Lakeside Paradise

This lake house is exceptional! The house layout is roomie and flowing - basically 2 separate & complete living spaces with beautiful quality furniture & all the amenities needed for a week away at the lake. The house was spotless and the owners made sure there were extras of everything including coffee pods, soap, shampoo, etc. The house is bright with views of the lake from many rooms. The house is situated at the end of the cove - such a short walk to the dock and unlike most locations, there was no steep decline to get to the lake. The owners improved the area all around the house with cement, which made it easy on the roomy driveway, on the walk down to the dock and around the fun fire pit. My family enjoyed taking out the kayaks which were available for us to use. We most enjoyed the extremely Large game table with many games available and comfortable gaming chairs ... we spent every single night playing assorted games for hours! Beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. The property managers were incredibly kind and helpful upon request which we appreciated. It is very important to use your GPS to get into and out of the neighborhood - as you may find yourself on a few unpaved difficult roads. We cannot wait to book this house again!
