We loved the cozy house and the location. It was so convenient, well appointed, and lots of great info from our kind hosts. Definitely want to stay here again - and plan to stay longer next time.

We visited NRG area over fall break. This house was perfect for our visit. You can walk to several restaurants It was great location for the activities we were doing … mostly hiking and enjoying the mountains.

House was very spacious, 1 king bed, 1 queen and 1 twin with a pullout trundle bed. Very comfortable and located walking distance from Pies and Pints!

The house was perfect for our mini vacation! We walked downtown for breakfast and dinner and it was so close to new river gorge bridge. The house was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay again

Everything I would have wanted. Close to all the trail heads. Awesome dinner within walking distance. Hosts were extremely responsive to any questions. Absolutely will be back. Great little neighborhood.

Cozy home in a great location. Spacious enough for my family with kids, nice living room for evening TV watching and games. Kitchen was great for simple cooking. Bathrooms and laundry excellent for getting everyone ready in the morning and keeping us clean. Walking distance to everything in downtown, great cafes.

The house is perfect and within walking distance to everything downtown. The house was very clean, plenty of room, and cozy. We will be renting it again on our next trip.

Cozy house!

We only were able to stay one night, but it was great. Cute house and really comfy bed. And it was great that we could walk to Pints and Pies, walk around downtown, and the drive to the visitors center was less than 5 minutes!

The house was within walking distance to downtown restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the old records and record player.

Great house for a stay near New River Gorge.

Easy instructions from host, great house (3 BR, 2 BA) within walking distance to town. The town has some great restaurants, there are some great hiking trailheads within 10 minutes of the house. Overall, we could have spent a whole weekend here (we were there only 1 day). Great house, would defintely stay at again. Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and in a perfect location—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and all the charm of town. The town itself has such a fun, outdoorsy vibe, and this rental was the perfect home base to enjoy it. The owner really thought of the little things, like a fresh kitchen sponge, paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, and a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and coffee mugs. The front porch was our favorite spot—perfect for sipping morning coffee or relaxing and chatting in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

In town for a wedding and this property was great for a quick visit. Clean, all one level for my elderly mom, and two bathrooms for us to all get ready for the wedding. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Nothing luxury or fancy, but the property felt clean, comfortable, and safe and was well stocked. We also really appreciated how easy the checkin and check out was. They didn’t require us to do a deep clean of everything - just wash dishes and take out the trash.

Comfortable & clean place

We (husband, myself & Lilly, our black lab) liked the location, only 2 blocks from beautiful downtown Fayetteville. We walked to town a few times. We enjoyed drinking our coffee from the rocking chairs on the front porch. The bed was comfortable and kitchen was clean and well stocked. We would stay again.

Cozy and clean

This was a comfortable place to stay. While it's older and a little inconvenient with the location of the bathrooms, it was clean with comfortable furnishings. One drawback was barking dogs next door, but that was no fault of the owners.

Peaceful

The house is nicely decorated and located on an extremely quiet street. It was very clean and met our needs on a short get away. Our friend left his iPad at the house by mistake and the owner was very prompt in bringing it to our attention. The owner was gracious enough to mail us the iPad. I highly recommend this property!!
