We loved it! Spacious, spotless, very comfortable home with a lovely, covered deck. Host was very responsive. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and very close to New River Gorge National Park.

This is a fantastic location, very close to the National Park, white water rafting, and places to eat. Very clean and nicely stocked place to stay - they thought of all the details!

The property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our weekend visit. The location is convenient to everything in Fayetteville. Josh was extremely helpful and attentive. He responded quickly and is a generous host. He really helped us when bad weather and flooding in the area (not at all on the property or street) altered our travel plans. We would definitely stay here again

Fayetteville is a wonderful little town with many restaurants and stores. Joshua’s property was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and baths were stocked well. The laundry room was clean. All rooms were well appointed and decorated nicely. We felt comfortable and at home. The porch was lovely with comfortable seating for evening talks and morning coffees. The location in the town was quiet. Joshua responded to our questions quickly making sure we had everything we needed.Would stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great weekend getaway. We loved the back porch to have lazy mornings drinking coffee. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was a short walk into town for dinner and shopping.

Great stay!

This was a GREAT place to stay! Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very clean. Good neighborhood. We will totally rebook this when we come back to the area!

Locations location, location. This VRBO offers a super location for quick drives to all the local hikes, sites and activity. Clean house, well equipped kitchen and easy communication with the host.

New River Gorge

House was clean. Great location for us nearby another VRBO our group was staying at. Nice back porch. Only downside to the stay was a lot of ants coming through the kitchen window onto our food but traps were set out. Would stay there again

Lovely home and neighborhood for our three day trip to the national park and surrounding area. Joshua had great recommendations for dinner! Well stocked kitchen, floor plan spread out so everyone had their own space, beds were comfy, easy entry and check in/out. Thanks!

The houae was great! It was exactly as advertised, super clean and very comfortable. The location was very close to both the town and the New River Gorge bridge. Communication with the host was prompt, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Fayetteville New River Gorge

Great property. Close proximity to town, parks and rafting. Easy access to everything we needed. Was perfect for the week. Back porch was great to sit out on. Owner very responsive and attentive. Stocked well to meet our needs. Definitely reccomend and would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay in Fayetteville and the house was perfect for our needs. It is in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance to the small town and several great restaurants. The house has a large covered back porch facing a beautiful back yard. It was only a few minutes drive to the New River Bridge visitors center and several good hikes. We will definitely seek out this house again if we return. Josh was quick to respond to all of my questions, a great host.

They have everything you could possibly need..... very cute cottage like house with a big deck out the back. All beds were very comfortable and lots to do all around you. We all had a wonderful time.

Located on a dead-end road in a quiet neighborhood, but just minutes away from restaurants, shopping and the Canyon Rim Visitor Center of the New River Gorge National Park. Fayetteville also gives you easy access to I-77 and I-64. This immaculate house is so attractive and welcoming. It's even bigger than you might think from the photos. And the covered deck, overlooking beautiful trees, is such a bonus. Supremely comfortable furniture and beds. Crisp linens, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water. Fully-equipped kitchen (dishes, cookware, spices). Fast Wi-Fi! And -- Josh couldn't be nicer or more helpful.
