This 2-bedroom suite is perfect for a group of up to 6 that are looking for great amenities, ultra comfort, and convenience during their vacation. In each bedroom, there are 2 queen beds, Smart TVs, ample storage space for your belongings, and an ensuite full bath.
Enjoy the convenience of having a large, fully-equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home, a gorgeous natural wood dining table, a comfy sofa facing a Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give access to the balcony where you can hang out in the hammock and enjoy the view.
With its luxurious amenities and prime location, this stay promises an unforgettable and convenient getaway in paradise, so don’t hesitate to reserve it for your group!
The property is located in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen, about 53 km | 33 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Always refer to your mobile map app for accurate driving times, as they may vary depending on the time of day.
If you want to park your car in the underground parking lot, please let us know in advance. We'll need information like the type of car, brand, and license plate to give to the security guards.
For stays longer than 1 week, a complimentary cleaning is provided (mandatory) once a week and includes fresh towels. For stays longer than 28 days, bed linen changes are included every 15 days. If you require more frequent changes, there will be a charge of $30 USD.
Electricity consumption of 20 KW/day (the average consumption) is included. We encourage conscious energy consumption as any usage over 20 KW/day is charged at $8 pesos per KW. A meter reading is taken at check-in and check-out to determine any overconsumption. Any electricity consumption exceeding the established limit will be charged in cash when booking through Airbnb in any currency (USD, MXN, or EURO). For bookings made through any other OTA, the overage will be deducted from the security deposit. Electricity on longer than 30+ nights is not included.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded 7 days after check-out, provided all terms are met.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $300 USD.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Excessive noise is not tolerated during any hour.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- The apartment will only be handed over to the main guest listed on the booking, who must present official identification. In case the main guest is absent, no exceptions will be made even if the companions are present.
-A maximum of one pet weighing no more than 18 kg is allowed for a fee of $80 USD. For larger breeds, please inquire and obtain approval before booking.
- Please respect the rules at the condominium complex.
